Toilet lid was missing could see inside the back of the toilet, flush would work however, ideally would of nice to have some tea,coffee etc just basics but other wise great overall

Nice on first impression

Roof leaked in kitchen all night over open electrics, didn't sleep at all and left after first night and booked somewhere else as its a death trap, Owner didn't respond to calls or messages and Booking.com refuse to refund

Beautiful large apartments close to the main attractions of Boulogne.

Beautifully decorated, plenty of space, well kitted out with crockery, glasses, towels,etc. Good location (5 minutes walk (uphill) to the old town, 20 minutes walk (downhill) to Nausicaa and the beach). Free on street parking. large garden.

Ground floor apartment had a fair bit of street noise. Wooden floors in all the apartments meant you could hear people upstairs walking around.

Well equipped apartment on perfect location!

Perfect location, very clean and cozy/stylish decorated apartment. All comfort you need for family with kids. When we visit Boulogne sur mer again, we ll be back in this apartment :)

Goh... Iffff I need to name a point of improvement... The matress of the room at garden side is (according my taste) way to bouncy and soft....for sleeping ;-) The presence of door at the living room would benifit us parents too enjoying an evening chat while the kids are sleeping.

Disappointing

Good location. Easy parking. Good size apartment. Good range of gadgets in kitchen.

Didn't receive text or email from host to say we needed to get in touch with her on arrival as she doesn't live there. Couldn't text or ring her to find out how to get in as phone wasn't working. Had to ask third party to contact her. She came quickly but was surprised we hadn't had a message explaining the procedure. Sliding door to bathroom was rickety and clear glass panel in the door a little odd. Disappointed that access to terrace/garden was via corridor outside apartment. Although apartment was spacious it felt rather claustrophobic as no window to see out (only window was by bed and directly on to street so had to keep blinds down). No wifi.

You hear the noise from the road a lot more in The ground floor apartment and it definitely spelt like the previous people who stayed smoked in the apartment.

Host was very kind in accommodating our early arrival and helping us when we forgot something at the apartment. Very spacious and well equipped. Nice and close to the old town.

Beyond expecation.

Very roomy appartment. Decorated fancy for the price. Large garden with plenty of chairs, a table, hangchairs, barbecue and a couple of loungers. Bathroom was very sanitary, plenty of towels. Large walk-in shower with decent showerheads. Bedrooms were quite large, excellent curtains. Baby bed & baby table chair were also present. Kitchen looked nice, decent basic appliances. Senseo pad machine with a couple of pads already provided for.

Matresses felt a bit old. Stiff and not flat anymore. Only tried one side so not a great reference imo!

Logement très bien situé, à proximité des remparts, idéal pour visiter. Très bon accueil, l’appartement est fonctionnel et conforme à la description.

Petit bémol, le bruit provenant de l’étage supérieur est assez présent lorsqu’on est au rez-de-chaussée. Une odeur à l’arrivée ainsi qu’un ménage qui laisse à désirer sont également à noter.

L emplacement près de la vieille ville

L accueil est mal organisé. La personne n est pas présente au rdv , était à l étranger et n a pas répondu tout de suite. J étais avec ma valise sur le trottoir. J ai perdu 45 min avant de pouvoir m installer. Ensuite, apparemment bien aménagé mais odeur de renfermé et absence de chauffage dans la salle de bain!

Appartement gelegen op een toplocatie

De locatie was top, centraal gelegen. Alles op loopafstand. Mooi ingericht appartement. Alle comfort aanwezig. (Vaatwasser, wasmachine, broodrooster, oven, microwave,....)

Geen kastruimte om kleren in op te bergen. Geen mogelijkheid om ramen 's nachts open te laten of door te laten tochten. Met als gevolg vrij benauwd en een muffe kelderlucht. Zeer gehorig appertement. Bovenburen hoor je continu boven je heen en weer denderen. Gedeelde tuin die enkel te bereiken was via de gemeenschappelijke gang was lastig daar je dan de deur van je appartement op slot diende te doen.

De locatie ligt op loopafstanden van centrum en strand.

De accommodatie was vochtig en klam, rook muf als een kelder. was te gehorig, je kon de voetstappen van de bovenburen horen. We hebben twee nachten niet kunnen slapen.

Goede locatie vlakbij het oude centrum. Restaurants en bakkers in de buurt, place Dalton niet veraf. Apart interieur en heerlijke douche. Ideaal gelegen voor uitstapjes en gratis parkeren in de straat.

Emplacement très bien, des propriétaires très sympathiques, logement propre mais vraiment dommage pour la literie

Son espace, l’hôte très réactif et très aimable. Une décoration sympa et parking gratuit sur place. Logement très propre.

Gros point négatif la literie de la chambre parentale le matelas aurait grand besoin d’être changé un trou au milieu de celui-ci tellement il était mou et problème avec la chasse d’eau qui ne se remplissait pas. Et la porte en hauteur dans les toilettes pas très rassurant et problème d’insonorisation.
