Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a vasútállomáshoz, nyüzsgő utcákhoz. Jól felszerelt, szép lakás!
Egyedül az volt kényelmetlen hogy zuhanyzás során nagyon kicsi a víznyomás, nehezen lehet mosakodni.

Das Apartment hat Querlüftung, an den warmen Tagen (kühlen Nächten) sehr angenehm. Holzbalkendecke und einige „historische” Ausstattungsstücke. Espresso-Tassen. Dusche, Toilette und Bidet im Bad. W-LAN. Ruhe im Haus, auch Nachtruhe! Foto: Blick in den ruhigen Hof, zur Kirche S. Geremia.
Sehr schmale steile Treppe ins 3. Obergeschoß. Küchenausstattung: Ein großer(!) kein kleinerer Topf. Keine Mittelteller. 2 sehr große dicke Tassen, keine normalen. Knarrende, wackelige, teils durchgesessene Stühle. Sehr wenig Ablage im Bad und sehr kleines Waschbecken. Die Schubladen in den Schlafzimmermöbeln waren größtenteils voll. Unklare Müllentsorgung.
