Very well-priced option to get the most of a budget sea-side vacation

If you come to Ventimille for a family holiday at the sea, this is an extremely well-priced option. A very pleasant free public beach (if you don't mind gravel, and there are two showers) and a private one are just 50 meters away, as well as the convenient seaside promenade. A good supermarket is in 800 meters. Parking in the next street is free; there are many cars, but we didn't find problems parking some 150 meters from the house. You can have breakfast or dinner with a view on the sea at the balcony. The apartment is really cozy, neat and friendly. There were also beach towels offered which was very nice.

There is no WiFi. You might be used to the idea that it's a default option, but pay attention to the fact that it is not in the description of the apartment. The inverter electric stove is a great tool but very non-intuitive for control and there is no instruction for it. Also, it does not work with half of the pans offered.

Great location and the 2 AC units. The owner always answer mesages and was helpfull to solve the issues

Housekeeping was well below expectations. I need to change bed sheets with a set not ironed. Table and kitchenware needed a second and proper clean There is only one night table with one power plug available and no light We received a random set of towel. The owned gave us the chance to access the in house storage to fix it
