Gli spazi della struttura sono ampi e c’è a disposizione un ampio spazio esterno. Pur trovandosi piuttosto lontana dal mare, è molto ben collegata alla spiaggia con l’ascensore posto all’atto della cattedrale che riduce ad al massimo 15 minuti di passeggiata la strada.
La struttura si trova nel centro storico di Ventimiglia che sicuramente è poco curato e dotato di Servizi. Ma grazie alla posizione defilata e alle indicazioni del proprietario siamo riusciti a scaricare i bagagli a poca distanza dalla struttura.

L'hôte est très accueillant, il a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre petite fille et nous-mêmes soyons le plus à l'aise possible. Il nous a indiqué de bonnes adresses pour nous restaurer, il a bien pris le temps de nous présenter la maison ainsi que les équipements.

Posto estremamente pulito e accogliente, adatto anche per soggiorni lunghi. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Einfache Unterkunft mit Klima und schönen Ausblick
Kommunikation ist verbesserungswürdig. Außenbereich ist schön, aber vernachlässigt. Bett ist eindeutig zu kurz.
