One night solo was great

Solo traveller staying one night. I thought this apartment was great for me, or a couple or family. Has everything for cooking, cleaning, sleeping. Felt a little cold in winter but the blankets kept me warm so no problem. Very close to the beach so I bet its nice in summer.

Not really a negative but If you want to understand what beach views you will have its just from the side balcony which you can see in the photos.

Completely wrong description. It is not a house, it is a flat on the 4th floor. Certainly not easy access for 3 over 70 year olds. Without help from a local resident we would never have found the property. The main door was accessed by going down a dark ally to a door with no indication of the property name. The bedding was inadequate. 2 Cotton eiderdowns and sheets only, on the double bed. We were so cold we could not sleep. Our friend slept in a childs bedroom in a childs bed, not set up for an adult. The breakfast offered, was 6 slices of dry bread with 4 small pots of jam.

Great place en route

Great place to spend a day en route. The beach road with its restaurants is right in front of the door, but no noise. The place is not new or recently renovated, but clean and good for us.

First row to the sea but no view from inside the apartment.

The apartment was OK, however nothing outstanding. The room with the bunk beds was a bit too small, but anyhow we slept well enough.

even if the apartment is literaly next to the sea, there are basically no views to the sea from inside the apartment, ok ok, from the kitchen through a small window and parts of the building itself you can see some. you can also see more from the balcony, but....

A un passo dalla Francia

Ottima posizione, sul lungomare e vicinissima a numerosi bar e ristoranti. Valeria padrona di casa eccezionale, gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Parcheggio in strada non sempre semplice da trovare nel week-end. Appartamento al 3° piano, senza ascensore. Nel periodo invernale, il riscaldamento è gestito dalla proprietaria tramite app e bisogna contattarla per modificare la temperatura.

Top Preis-Leistung mit super Lage direkt am Meer

Wir waren auf einer Rundreise für ein Nacht in dem Appartement. Schlüsselübergabe dank Schlüsselsafe total unproblematisch. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super. Viele Restaurants und Cafes auf der Promenade. Hier kann man gut auch eine längere Zeit urlauben.

Das Parken in der Nähe war interessant. Direkt vor der Tür gibt es Parkstreifen, die allerdings nur zu bestimmten Zeiten frei zu beparken sind. Auf dem Parkplatz um die Ecke waren bei 2 Autos die Scheiben eingeschlagen

Ottima la posizione sul mare, ambiente autentico in casa ligure.

Manca la possibilità di parcheggiare in modo comodo. I posti pubblici sono gratuiti proprio sotto casa, ma molto affollati e con molto traffico.

Casa accogliente e pulita. Presente tutto ciò che può servire . Valeria molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione ottima.

tout parfait

un peu compliqué à trouver de nuit mais l'hôte était tres disponible et les explications claires. le logement est impécable, 1 grand lit dans une chambre et 2 petits lits dans l'autre. l'espace commun est grand et parfait, nous étions 3. la salle de bain et la cuisine sont tout équipées nous avons adoré notre séjour d'une nuit, nous reviendrons

Le séjour était sependant très agréable

La personne que j’ai eu en contact pour récupérer l'appartement à été très aimable, elle ne parle français, nous pas italien, mais elle m’a rappelle pour nous proposer d'appeler son mari qui parle français il a été très patient et aimable, je l’ai remercie beaucoup.

L'appartement est très bien le soir et surtout la ́nuit et le matin nous avons eu froid, dans la chambre à petits lits ils sont très étroits je ne pense pas qu'ils fassent 90.le congélateur avait beaucoup de glace quelques petites choses pas très graves en plus

Nous avons appréciés la situation de l'appartement en plein centre ville face à la mer au calme. Le parking à proximité et du marché. Nous avons pu faire toute le centre ville à pied. Nous recommandons ce logement.

L'appartamento caribou. Qualche dettaglio non curatissimo ma nel complesso si sta bene. Posizione comodissima alla spiaggia. Bene per una famiglia con qualche figlio. Hôte gentilissima e super disponibile.

Non ho amato il fatto fossimo al terzo piano senza ascensore. Non parcheggiate sul lungo mare al giovedi notte, c'è il mercato venerdi mattina

La location n'est pas une maison mais un appartement au 4ème étage (non indiqué sur l'annonce) sans ascenseur. Nous étions avec un bébé et une personne âgée. Difficile de monter les étages. Literie très inconfortable, propreté moyenne. Je n'y retournerai pas.
