Perfect place if you want to feel like at home

The place is perfect for a stay in Ventimiglia and for trips in the area (Monaco, Menton, Sanremo,...). The appartment is just as you can see it in the pictures, everything is there (towels, cofffee, kitchen equipment, decoration), it is very cosy (nicely decorated, heating, air-condition), you have 3 balconies on 3 different sides, the kitchen with a table for 4, the living room with a table for 6 and the 2 sofas, 2 bedrooms and 2 (!) bathrooms. We arrrived earlier and (absolutely friendly) Paolo came after 2 minutes to let us in and show us everything. After being on tour the whole day it was a pleasure to go "home" and have a relaxing evening in the Mare3-appartment. We enjoyed it and can really recommend it. For dinner we can recommend "Amadora" (Italian restaurant, just some minutes to walk at the coastline) or go to the market and enjoy some antipasti back at "home" - dinner with sea-view.

Altogether a very happy stay in an elegant apartment with wonderful hosts

The quality of the apartment and the fittings were of the highest quality. The hosts, Elisabetta and Paulo were wonderfully helpful and when out of their way to assist me.

Esperienza meravigliosa

Casa meravigliosa, attrezzatissima, luminosa, arredata con ottimo gusto, spaziosissima...i bagni stupendi, uno con doccia e uno con vasca, abitazione tri esposta, ogni esposizione dotata di balcone, uno con vista spettacolare. Parcheggio comodo, spiaggie e servizi vicinissime e raggiungibili a piedi, bar gelateria e pizzeria sotto casa. Proprietario suler gentile e disponibilissimo. Una esperienza favolosa sotto ogni punto di vista.

Comme à la maison

Le modernisme de l’appartement , la qualité des matériaux, tout les appareils électroménagers à disposition, la vue sur la mer et trois balcons, les petits plus de notre hôte Paolo mise à disposition de capsules à café, eau, jus de fruit, lait ainsi que les produits ménagers. Et surtout la confiance de Paolo qui vous fait sentir d’être comme chez nous (Grazie mille).
