Quality Apt in a Great Location

The apt was very well located across from the pebble beach and within a 7 minute walk of grocery stores on Via Roma. It was also in the heart of restaurants, cafes and gellateries along the ocean promenade. The apt had most facilities to make it comfortable for a few days stay. Sara, the host, was always available via WhatsApp to answer apt and Ventimiglia questions. Overall, decent value, comfortable and in a great location!

We are not fans of the "extra" charges that many Booking.com renters add on, so the 10 Eur cash per person for towels and sheets here was a negative. Being let into the apt the first time by Sara via her remote home app was both interesting and unnerving. Her ability to reset the AC remotely was likewise. While most amenities were covered, a toaster would have been nice. While advertised to sleep 6, we were 4 adults and the common area was very small with seating room for only 2 or 3. Finally, while the apt was generally quite clean, the floor was not.

Relaxing family vaction in Ventimiglia

The appartement is located at the center of Ventimiglia right across from the beach board walk. The building looks newly renovated and is very clean. The appartement is spacious, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. Weekly market on Fridays is in front of the house. We enjoyed our family vacation by exploring the various towns along the coast: Sanremo, Menton, Èze, Monaco, Nice and Cannes.

During the day traffic in front of the house is quite busy. It is quiet during the night though.

Very nice appartment, we would like to come again

The appartment is very well equipped, clean and has interesting design. The beach is just across the street. The owner Sara is very nice and helpful. Two floors give an advantage allowing a part of the family to sleep upstairs while others can stay awake downstairs. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this appartment to other guests.

Bad

very Nicely decorated, hosts are quick to respond , nice welcome package

We booked what we believed to be a living area with sofa bed and loft with bed and ocean view for 3 adults for as displayed in photos for an 8 night stay. Upon arrival we find an ATTIC with very low ceiling . One very small room with bed and sofa next to each other without windows and obviously no ocean view or emergency exit . We felt very claustrophobic and my wife hit her head on a ceiling beam twice , she is only 5 1/2 ft tall.This property has more than 100 photos, The description and photos of this property are very confusing and misleading . We checked in around 18:30 and left the next morning we had to leave the place because we did not feel safe staying in an attic .We had to forfeit 7 nights money we paid in advance. Booking.com does not protect the renter as does Airbnb protects both renter and host . We did not realize this is a very strange town(like a Tijuana border town) everyone in our travels could not believe we were unaware of this place and we actually went there. I feel fortunate this is my first really bad experience / booking in my many travels We live and learn but this was more than thousand dollar mistake/ loss.

Best summer vacay in the last 10 years

Everything is perfect! The apartement is huge, the rooms are big, the beds are really confortable. Everything that is said in the description of the apartament is exactly the same in reality! We are so very happy for this choice that we made! Sara is a very friendly person. She is available all the time for answering your questions! We had a really good comunication with her and she gave us a lot of good information. We had a perfect summer holiday in Ventimiglia!

Loft claustrophobic, no windows, too low ceiling. Not recommended.

Before you book ‘the Loft’: We were very disappointed to find that the loft had no vertical windows. There were only small roof windows around 15 degrees angle, they are high in the roof so you don’t get to see anything in your eye level except for walls. This makes you feel like you’re in a tank - claustrophobic. Add to that that the roof is very low in some places, I.e. 150cm passage from kitchenette to the dining table - so you keep banging your head. Seems the hosts wanted to squeeze extra money from not really usable space, they did design it very beautifully, but it really sucks not having windows and having to bend low to avoid hitting head. We felt tricked. This should be made clear in the room description. Therefore: Poor value, I do not recommend.

Hat leider nicht der Beschreibung entsprochen!!!

Gute Lage

Uns wurde Meerblick versprochen. Wir hatten kein einziges Fenster. Ausser der 3 Dachfenster! Kamen uns vor wie in einem Militärbunker! Auch der versprochene Parkplatz wahr leider nicht am Start. Mich mal Bettwäsche um die Decke einzupacken!!! Es stand inlusiv aller Gebühren. Auch das hat leider nicht der Beschreibung entsprochen! Der Vermieter wollte sogar noch Geld für Bettwäsche und Badetücher. Der Hund kam 25 Euro und 2 Euro Kurtaxe pro Tag. Leider nur ein Karte für den Zugang. Wahr sauber sehr zenral.

Fint, välstädat, AC, trevlig personal.

Utlagt som en 5-6 personers lägenhet, med två dubbelsängar och två enkel sängar. Enkelsängarna var eg. en enkelsäng med en utfällbar extra säng. De var båda av sämre kvalitet och gick knappt att sova i. Bäddsoffan och dubbelsängarna var bra.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

die Unterkunft ist nicht namentlich mit einem Schild versehen( schlecht zu finden), Parkplatz ist auch nicht so einfach, sehr begrenzt. Freitags muss man sein Auto sehr weit wegstellen da Markt ist. Die Straße ist sehr laut, Haus sehr hellhörig. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber gespült, der Backofen eine Katastrophe! Für diese Leistung zu teuer.

Il soggiorno è andato benissimo, la località pure. Ci sono molte attività da poter fare ma il tempo.

Il cestino fornito non ha soddisfatto le nostre abitudini! pensare che doveva essere solo per 2 giorni ma le cialde per la macchina non erano sufficienti per il periodo del soggiorno

La richiesta del proprietario, che in modo piuttosto sgarbato ha preteso una cifra fuori mercato per il ripristino della tessera di apertura della porta dell'appartamento che abbiamo perso molto probabilmente nell'appartamento o comunque all'interno del condominio. inoltre poi quando eravamo già sulla strada per il ritorno ha richiamato contestando la rottura della maniglia della porta d'ingresso che non abbiamo provocato noi. alla nostra partenza non era presente nessuno per fare un controllo sullo stato dei locali che abbiamo lasciato: siamo partiti alle 9:30 del mattino, non era un orario impossibile.
