Comfortable and convenient stay with a kind and friendly host.

From initial booking, communication was easy, supportive and thoughtful. Patrizia was at the apartment to meet us and gave us advice about the apartment, places to eat and things she thought we would be interested in. Her kind, friendly information really helped to make our stay. The apartment is very comfortable and well thought out, it has everything you need including air con, washing machine, super shower, great double glazing and well equipped kitchen. A very convenient place with city views, close to the railway station and shops.

Not a problem for us but there were quite a few steps up to the apartment.

Lovely apartment in a good location 5 minutes from the station.

Third floor so a bit of a trek upstairs with suitcases but if you are fit don't let that put you off.

Pretty appartment in a good location

We stayed in this lovely, clean compartment. The cooking facilities were excellent and it even had a kettle and toaster!! We received a warm welcome and help with our luggage and checking in. It was very much appreciated. Yes, it's quite noisy but it's the centre of town and certainly not the worst road to be on. Motorbikes are to blame! Probably triple glazing would help. My only issue is foam mattresses as I have a bad back and I forgot to check,otherwise, I would happily stay again. I always pack an eye mask and ear plugs for any stop over in the centre of town. Excellent location, near the railway station and lots of shops.

A lift would be good, but that's not in the hands of the apartment owners.

friendly, clean and welcoming

the hosts were very welcoming, we revived great hospitality. the apartment was in a great location in walking distance to the train station, beach and many restaurants with a super market around the corner. the property was clean and had an amazing view of the town

Solo se debe tener en cuenta que si vas con mucho equipaje se deberá subir por escaleras varias. Es bueno agradecer también que nos ayudaron a subir el equipaje cuando nos recibieron. Gracias

Absolut überzeugend in allen Belangen

Super Lage, man wurde echt nett von der Gastgeberin empfangen, erhielt eine kleine Einweisung mit Tipps. Die Wohnung Bot alles was man brauchte und sogar noch mehr als das.

Sicuramente da ripetere

Tutto molto pulito ordinato, gentilezza, cortesia e simpatia di Patrizia e marito nel rendere il nostro soggiorno il più confortevole possibile. Continuate così siete impagabili.

Pultroppo i 71 gradini sono notevoli, ma è un ottima alternativa alla palestra abituale, in ogni caso gli stessi sono bassi quindi non troppo faticosi.

Appartement spacieux, environnement bruyant.

Grand appartement assez bien équipé, pas très loin de la mer. Patrizia est disponible.

Les ventilateurs ne suffisent pas en période de canicule et la grosse clim mobile est très bruyante. La circulation dans la via Cavour rend impossible l' ouverture des fenêtres, bien pour l hiver, mais en été.. Nous aurions eu besoin d un autre jeu de clefs. Et des torchons de cuisine. Sinon, l' équipement est satisfaisant. Attention, troisième étage sans ascenseur !

Très bel appartement à proximité de la gare et des commerces. Résidence calme. Vue sur Vintimille. Patricia nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Nous serions ravies de revenir séjourner dans le logement.

L'accueil était parfait, gentil et chaleureux. L'emplacement, l'espace d'habitation et le goût de la déco. Literie parfaite. Propreté nickel. Tout pour se sentir bien pendant le séjour, il ne manquait rien. Rapport qualité prix rien à redire.

Oltre le aspettative, straconsigliato

Appartamento bellissimo, centrale e spazioso. Eravamo in 5 (la prima notte solo in due) e siamo stati strabene. La pulizia era tale che si sentiva il profumo delle lenzuola. La casa è super accessoriata, se serve ci si può anche cucinare senza alcun problema. Nel frigo c'era acqua fresca e la proprietaria (persona gentilissima, così come il marito) ci ha portato anche le cialde per il caffè. Sotto il palazzo si trova agevolmente parcheggio, soprattutto nelle ore serali. Assolutamente consigliato per brevi e lunghi soggiorni a Ventimiglia, anche per gruppi di amici o famiglie
