The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the train station, the central market, of supermarkets, the city center, the city beach, by the riverbank... The apartment is perfect for any family, equipped with everything needed for self-catering, it even has a washing machine which can be useful in some situations. Even though at first glance the price may seem a bit high, in the end the quality-price ratio may be fair.

Great apartment for a family or couple.

A large and well-stocked apartment. Great kitchen, kids toys and crib. We loved the location - it was quick and easy to get everywhere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations.

Not a huge problem for us, but it’s on the third floor, no elevator. Could be difficult for some.

Logement globalement agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Appartement propre dans l’ensemble. Draps et serviettes fournis. Organisation d’arrivée top (attention prise en photos des pièces d’identité des voyageurs).

Frais supplémentaires : supplément de 20 € en cas d’arrivée après 21h. Stationnement : aucun parking dédié. Stationnement uniquement dans la rue, payant entre 8h et 20h. Canapé-lit inconfortable : matelas très fin, on sent les barres métalliques et il grince au moindre mouvement. Linge de maison insuffisant : Pas assez de grandes serviettes pour tous les voyageurs. Un des lits superposés sans draps à l’arrivée, ce qui a obligé à utiliser le canapé-lit. Douche problématique : évacuation très lente en raison d’une accumulation importante de cheveux et de résidus gras, entraînant un débordement du bac de douche.

Le séjour était bien et compliqué à la fois.

Le logement était très bien situé à proximité (plage, restaurant, boutiques, gare…) il était propre et confortable (bien équipé). Quartier un peu bruyant le soir, la nuit. Bémol également, les 4 étages à monter quotidiennement, soit 73 marches, car pas d’ascenseur ( courage pour monter les valises et autres bagages). La porte d’entrée est un peu difficile à fermer car la clé n’adhère pas correctement tout de suite. Petit souci si vous êtes plusieurs, il n’y a pas de porte dans la sale de bain ce qui est compliqué si besoin d’un peu d’intimité. Il y a également un vrai problème pour se garer lorsqu’on est en voiture. C’est dommage que les 2 ôtes n’aident pas à minima pour proposer une solution pour comprendre le mode de fonctionnement pour pouvoir se garer en toute sécurité et sérénité sans avoir d’amende (oui j’ai pris une amende de 47,40€ et payée 49€ à la poste à proximité pour ne pas avoir plus de frais à payer si je récupérais l’amende en France). Les prises pour charger le tel sont ok pas besoin d’adaptateur. L’appartement est tel que vu sur booking.

Les 4 étages soit 73 marches à monter quotidiennement sans ascenseur. Le fait qu’il n’y est pas de porte dans la salle de bain. La porte d’entrée qui s’ouvre et se ferme difficilement. Je n’ai vu l’interlocuteur que le jour de mon arrivée pour le Check in ( il ne parlait ni un mot de français ni un mot d’anglais). 2eme interlocuteur, une femme sur whatsapp qui se lasse lorsqu’on ne comprend pas ses réponses. Le jour du départ, le Check out toujours à distance avec l’interlocutrice qui demande de vérifier que tout est ok dans l’appartement puis de laisser les clés à l’intérieur de l’appartement puis de partir sans attendre de voir l’un ou l’autre des 2 interlocuteurs.
