Excellent location, right on the seafront with a fantastic view across to Monaco. It's good to have a second key for the apartment which was really well equipped and probably one of the best we have stayed in. Lots of cutlery and crockery including wine glasses for all types of wine. Large fridge/freezer. Good coffee machine, with a supply of coffee pods. Welcome items, including water, was really appreciated after a long drive. The hosts came to see us to check everything was ok. Plenty of towels, including some for the beach. Beach loungers and parasol provided which was a really nice touch. The surrounding area was very noisy on Saturday night. All rooms had shutters and mosquito nets. Bar stools might be uncomfortable for taller people. Really big and very comfortable bed with bedding appropriate for the temperature. Pillows too flat for my liking but DH was happy. Washing machine was really useful as was the private underground garage. Location good for exploring other places such as Menton, Monaco, San Remo on the train and a lovely walk along the promenade to Bordighera. We would definitely stay again!!

Unfortunately the lift was out of order during stay - not a problem for us, but might be for others. We arrived at 4pm, as arranged, but the apartment was not ready. We had to wait for the cleaner to leave before we could park as her car was in the garage. Fortunately we managed to find a space not far away, which was lucky as Ventimiglia was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Fire doors in the underground garage were propped open during the whole of our stay

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, was uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Der Blick aufs Meer war jeden Tag eine Freude. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, so dass der Gepäcktransport von der Tiefgarage in die Wohnung kein Problem ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
