Absolutely wonderful- can't wait to go back

If I could give a vote of 15/10, I would. We had a perfect stay. Anita gave the most incredibly detailed instructions, everything was easy. The apartment was spotless, new, modern, quiet, comfortable, and had one of the best equipped kitchens we've ever had on a long-stay holiday. The garage was great to have. The train station was an easy walk for travelling without the car too! --- We had a panettone and sparkling wine plus 2 bottles of water waiting for us on our arrival. There were extra blankets, pillows, towels, sheets. The views from the balcony were stupendous, even on rainy days. We were in the centre apartment (called Venitimiglia) and had the large balcony - Even though it was late December, we enjoyed breakfast/lunch/aperitifs on the balcony. (One day even without jackets!). Anita messaged us several times over our stay to check if everything was going well. We would LOVE to go back

Beautiful house & beautiful hosts

Maintained as new with everything we needed for stay incl. welcome wine and dinner, bottled water, toiletries, cleaning materials, garbage bags, clean towels and more. Excellent location oceanfront and beside restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer. Kurze Entfernung zum Markt. Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Das Besondere Highlight sind die verstellbaren Sessel mit Blick zum Meer oder zum Fernsehen - haben uns erneut wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan werkelijk alles was gedacht, tot in de details! Alles was super schoon en je hebt een prachtig uitzicht. Goede en hele prettige communicatie met de host.

Als we dan een klein minpuntje moeten noemen, is dat de drukke straat/verkeer.

Super Ferienwohnung

Mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin Anita ist einfach toll. Sie hilft bei allen Fragen gerne weiter und gibt super Empfehlungen, wenn man dies wünscht. Der Blick vom Balkon ist ein Traum und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof und man ist sehr schnell in Frankreich oder Monaco ( sehr tolle Ausflüge).

Schöne Wohnung in einen wirklich schönen Teil von Ligurien.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, direkt am Strand mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Côte d’Azur. Abends konnte man schön auf dem Balkon sitzen und den Ausblick genießen. Tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (insbesondere mit der gut funktionierenden Bahn), z.B. ins nahe gelegene Monaco, Nizza etc. Die Wohnung bietet auch Strandliegen und Schirm, so dass einem schönen Tag am Strand nichts im Wege steht. Das Mittelmeer ist in diesem Teil wirklich herrlich. Die Gastgeberin Anita ist sehr freundlich und bietet einem schnellen und unkomplizierten Rat an.

Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, sollte dieses nicht zu groß sein, wenn man den Tiefgaragenstellplatz nutzen will. Wir hatten einen 1er BMW, bei dem man zur Einfahrt schon einen Außenspiegel einklappen musste.

Klare Empfehlung!

Hochwertig ausgestattetes neues Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Auch ausreichend Geschirr so dass man die vorhandene Spülmaschine auch wirklich sinnvoll nutzen kann. Check-In mit Schlüsselsafe in die blitzsaubere Wohnung hat prima geklappt. Schöner großer Balkon mit Esstisch und zusätzlichen Liegestühlen sowie Sonnenschirm. Zentrale Lage, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, zum Strand nur über die Straße. Weitere vorhandene Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm für den Strand sind Klasse. Strand ist an der direkten Stelle etwas steinig, aber mit Badeschuhen kein Problem. Die v.a. Abends belebte Straße vor dem Haus fanden wir eher unterhaltsam als dass uns die teils vorhandenen Verkehrsgeräusche gestört hätten. Innen mit geschlossener Tür hört man so gut wie nix. Schlafzimmer ist bei dieser Wohnung nach hinten, so dass das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ohne störenden Lärm problemlos möglich war. Schön ist auch die abschließbare Garage, wo man neben dem Auto dann auch seine Strandsachen oder auch unser kleines Boot lassen konnte. Highlight war für uns der Balkon mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und bis nach Monaco (incl. Feuerwerk). Durch die Nähe zu Monte Carlo auch immer wieder interessanter Schiffsverkehr (vesselfinder.com).

Wir hatten den schönsten Urlaub aller Zeiten!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, es ist einfach alles da, was in einem normalen Haushalt zu Hause gehört. Küche komplett ausgestattet, mit Gewürzen und Kaffee, Wasser, etwas Nudeln mit Pesto, etc. Alles da was man im ersten Moment braucht, nach der Anreise. Das Wohlfühl Gefühl war sofort da!

Alles super, bis auf die Straße

Direkt am Strand gelegen. Sehr schöne Wohnung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Alles war sehr hochwertig. Das Auto sowie die E-Bikes waren in der Tiefgarage in einer abschließbaren Einzelgarage untergebracht. Besser geht nicht.

Zwischen Strand und der Wohnung befindet sich eine stark befahrene Straße. Vor dem Haus befanden sich die Mülltonnen, die zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit befüllt und entleert wurden.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist sehr detailliert und 100% zutreffend. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Garage, Aufzug und Sicherheit. Die Eigentümerin, Anita, stand jederzeit telefonisch für weitere Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 100% empfehlenswert. Joanna i Adam

Locatie, hygiene, uitrusting appartement.

Locatie prima, echter de weg welke voor appartement ligt kan erg druk zijn met scooters, oude autootjes e.d. Dat geeft lawaai. Dan zit je liever niet op het balkon

Top Lage dirket am Strand mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Wohnung sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestatet inklusive Garage. Anita und Jens sind sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber. Das Check in war unkompliziert. Altstadt und Restaurants zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Wohnung in toller Lage am Meer.

Einfach herrlich! Die Wohnung ist der Hammer. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben die Lage am Meer sehr genossen. Einfach über die Straße und rein ins Wasser, oder einen Spaziergang am Strand entlang. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Anita hat uns viele Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge, Essen…..Sehr hilfreich war der Tipp mit dem Zug die Côte d’Azur abzufahren. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.
