Fantastix modern apartment in the heart of the Italian riviera. Will definitely return.
Fantastic location right in the middle of town. Spacious and modern. Smart TVs with Netflix, air con works great, very clean linen, spacious balconies, lots of storage and cupboards. washing machine and hanger very handy! Big bathroom. The owners were so wonderful to deal with and answered always within 5 mins with any questions.
The lift is small but that’s standard in this town.

La situation, l'espace,
L'ascenseur trop petit, 1 seule de bain et 1 seul toilette. Ustensiles de cuisine un peu léger. Manque une petite table basse.

Zentrale Wohnung, aber kein Rooftop!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, sehr zentral (zwar auch laut dadurch, aber das eine geht nicht ohne das andere). Der Bahnhof ist in der Nähe. Der Vermieter stellt eine Garage zur Verfügung, das ist Klasse. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, allerdings in unseren Augen für nicht mehr als 4 Personen geeignet, da es nur ein Bad und WC gibt.
Leider haben wir uns von der Überschrift bei Booking.com täuschen lassen (unsere Fehler!). Die Wohnung ist keine Rooftop-Wohnung!! Es liegt noch eine Wohnung darüber und gibt keine Terrasse. Wir waren extrem enttäuscht darüber, sitzen wir doch gerne draussen. Hier gibt es nur drei Minibalkone(siehe Foto) ohne Sitzgelegenheit. Für uns ein grosses Minus. Ich möchte im Urlaub draußen sitzen, frühstücken, aufs Meer schauen. Das geht hier nur aus dem Fenster und hat NICHTS mit Rooftop zu tun. Aus diesem Grund würden wir die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen
