Perfect appartment for family

Apartment is situated at the boulevard of Ventimiglia. Nice view and a lot of restaurants/snackbars around the corner. Very modern and clean, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa in the livingroom which can be turned into a bed. Friendly people: we could leave our luggage on the day of departure in the gelateria they own so we could visit the market at ease.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Extremely helpful hosts. When the air-con stopped working and the electricity went away, the called together lots of people to get it repaired, including a neighbour. Very nice people.

Balcony was sort of smallish to have a meal (inside was too hot bec. air conditioner was unexpectedly broken). The arrival was a bit chaotic, as the entrance is hidden in a side street and the owner is running an ice cream shop nearby on the beach front (this would have been nice to know).

An excellent apartment where we stayed on a multi-day bike ride along the coast. local, small town vibes.

Very helpful checkin, and they let us securely park our bikes in the garage. great recommendations of local restaurants.

The fridge was unplugged between stays, but as we were only there one night, it did not help us much.

We truly enjoyed our stay and our host was very nice. Angelo only speaks Italian.

The close proximity to downtown, the water and Conad supermarket. The view of the water every morning was wonderful. Angelo and his wife were very welcoming and provided all our request. They do have a washing machine on the patio, which was nice. the electric switch is on the wall to turn the washer on. The apartment has heating in the floor. the apartment is more modern and clean and the beds are comfortable. Angelo gave us free ice cream for his cafe a few feet from the apartment. very delicious.

Bring your own hand soap and dishwashing soap along with your own wash cloths and drying towels for the dishes. None of this was provided. I would suggest that a proper garbage can for the bathroom’s and kitchen be provided. The kitchen trash can is basically a bucket and no trash cans in the bathrooms. The coffee maker is a pod machine. I believe the only supermarket which has this particular type of coffee pods is Conad. We didn’t discover this until a couple days before leaving so we drank instant coffee.

The apartment was very central with a lovely balcony with sea view and close to good restaurants. It was walking distance to the old town. Very clean

Perfect beachfront location

The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4 th floor with a partial view of the sea. Less than 100 meters from the beach (pebbles). Completely renovated, very comfortable. Well situated- 5 min. walk from the train station with lots of restaurants around.

The only problem is parking - difficult to find a space along the beachfront - the only free and unlimited option (except for Friday, the day of the famous Ventimiglia market).

Anche se per lavoro ho apprezzato tutto di questo alloggio

Tutto fantastico, Angelo una persona disponibile ad ogni minima richiesta (e lo abbiamo tartassato scherzando ovviamente), ci siamo completamenti dimenticati di lasciare la stanza entro le 10 ma non ci ha fatto nessun problema! Stanze pulitissime ed accoglienti..Lo consiglio vivamente. Tornerò sicuramente ad alloggiare qui.
