Delightful place to stay with gorgeous view.

Amazing view. We were met & welcomed and everything explained. Even had a lovely restaurant recommended. Just wished we could have stayed longer.

Bautiful balcony on the beach, next to the raod but that was not a problem

The flat is really nice with a fantastic view over the sea. There are two balconies, one facing the front and the sea. Air-condition, well equipped kitchen and a very nice bed. The best swimming in Ventimiglia is just on the front door. If you have a car, then there is parking. Walking to the center is a bit far though so, if you do not have a car, maybe rent a bike. We were very well taken care of by the host Sylvia.

It was a beautiful apartment with two big balcony’s/ terass. 100% sea view, and also view over the mountains. If you like much people and turists, this isn’t a place for you. It was so-quiet and little people at the ( free) beach ( 30 seconds from the house). The apartment had everything you need ( full kitchen and quite big fridge) We stayed a family with 2 adults and two kids ten and fourteen year and it worked very good. Nice beds, pillows and only the sound of the waves in the night. They have AC and WiFi and it worked very well. To go in to town it take between 10-15 minutes. It’s a few restaurants around the apartment but not so many. It’s more in town. Can also recommend to go to the other town very close to the apartment over the little bridge. There you find very good restaurants at the beach. To get a cab in Ventimiglia is tricky, you find them outside central station, but you don’t se them in town. So the last day thanks to our host Sylvia, she helped us with a big cab. We can warm recommend this place.

Location. Could not get any closer to the beach. Very quiet and pleasant locality. Easy to find parking near the Appartment. Manager. Very polite & accommodating.

Shower curtain should be replaced with sliding doors. Stronger water flow in the shower would be much better.

Ottimo campo base per visitare la zona da Imperia a Nizza. Qui l'inverno non esiste!

Appartamento molto luminoso, pulito, accogliente e con eccellente esposizione.

Metterei una tenda in camera da letto, è rivolta verso un parco giochi ed un palazzo di fronte e per avere privacy è necessario abbassare la tapparella. Mancano le luci sui comodini per leggere a letto senza dover obbligatoriamente tenere accesa la luce centrale ed infastidire il partner.

Gute Lage, toller Meerblick, aber mangelhafte Ausstattung

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, abseits vom Trubel, herrliche Aussicht / Meerblick. Wunderschöne Beach-Bar direkt unterhalb der Wohnung. Bei Ankunft fand man Wasser, Espressokapseln, Tee und andere Kleinigkeiten vor.

Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach ausgestattet und ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bett ist eine Zumutung bzw. das Bettgestell eine totale Fehlkonstruktion und die Matratze viel zu dünn. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man auf die immer wiederholte Kritik bei den Bewertungen dies nicht verbessert hat in der Zwischenzeit. Zum Glück hatten wir die Ausziehcouch auch beziehen lassen, da können nicht allzu große Personen ganz gut drauf schlafen. War aber auch nicht schön so mitten in der Küche bei surrendem Kühlschrank und Geräuschen von der Therme. Es gibt zwei kleine Fächer in der abgebildeten Schrankwand im Schlafzimmer, die man nutzen konnte. Der Rest des Schrankes war verschlossen. Also haben wir aus dem Koffer gelebt. Im großen Flur keine Garderobe bzw. Garderobenhaken. Auch dies wurde immer wieder in den vorherigen Bewertungen kritisiert und ich verstehe nicht, warum man diese wirklich geringe Investition nicht inzwischen getätigt hat. Jacken lagerten also in Ikeatüten auf dem Boden. Auch im Bad gibt es 3 ganz kleine Haken, es war also noch nicht einmal möglich, die vorhandenen Handtücher aufzuhängen. Nett, dass es Bademäntel gab, aber wo sollte man sie denn aufhängen??? Es gäbe noch mehr hinzuzufügen, u. a. das schrottige Campingbesteck, der Klodeckel, der überhaupt nicht passte und jedes Mal ruckelte ... Das sind Kleinigkeiten, über die man hinwegsehen könnte, wenn Bett, Garderobe und Schrankkapazitäten ok wären. Wir hatten zum Glück im Oktober 9 Tage herrlichstes Wetter, was über die Mängel hinweggetröstet hat und uns insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt beschert hat. Trotz des tollen Blickes würde ich die Wohnung für einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht empfehlen. Ganz leise ist es auch nicht, da unter dem Balkon die Promenadenstraße lang führt, auf der zwar kein starker Verkehr war, aber die Motorroller schon ganz schön Krach gemacht haben. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster war leider gleich null.

Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht

Die Unterkunft war für 4 Wochen unser zu Hause. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Hervorzuheben ist sicher die Aussicht mit 2 Balkonen direkt am Meer. Wundervoll. Man wohnt mit größtenteils Einheimischen in einem "Mehrfamilienhaus". Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Direkt am Meer, abseits des Trubels, ein kostenloser Parkplatz 100m vom App., Fußläufig erreicht man den nächsten Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten, in die Neustadt braucht man ca. 20min (entlang der Promenade), in die schöne Altstadt benötigt man ca. 30min. Die Vermieter haben wir in diesen 4 Wo nicht kennengelernt. Der Kontakt verlief über WhatsApp., war aber reibungslos. Silvia hat alle aufgetretenen Probleme direkt gelöst. Bei Ankunft war Wasser im Kühlschrank, einiges an Erstversorgung lag bereit - sehr nett.

Die Wohnung ist in einem "Auffrischmodus". Die Duschtür fiel auseinander, der Toilettendeckel passt nicht auf das WC, die Dusche war bei Ankunft verstopft, die Küchenausstattung ist zu erneuern, die Betten sind durchgelegen, es ist kurzum alles sehr einfach ausgestattet. Man arrangiert sich schnell und fühlt sich dann trotzdem wohl.

Magnifique appartement super bien situé avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Deux balcons avec l’un le lever du soleil et l’autre le coucher le top 😊 Très propre et très bon accueil merci beaucoup 😃

Le lit n’est vraiment pas confortable il a des lattes cassée dessous ça fait 2 cuvettes de chaque côté il est grand temps de le changer afin que tout soit parfait pour les visiteurs et peut être les chaises longues qui sont mises à disposition pour aller à la mer sont vraiment pas en bon état tout rouillée les toiles ne sont plus tendues. Sans ça tout aurait été parfait 👍🏼
