Casa Eden

The property is on a great little street in Ventimiglia Alta, which is a wonderful location with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. The best thing about the apartment has to be the terrace, which looks up to the mountains. It’s lovely to sit out there in the evening and watch the swallows fly around. Around the corner from the apartment is a public lift, which takes people up and down from a tunnel near the river. It saves a long trek up the hill, especially if you have shopping. The host Lory is most kind and welcomed me with a bottle of local wine. She stocked the place well with everything from bottled water in the fridge to a variety of snacks and all kinds of tea and coffee. She was also accommodating with check-in and check-out times and let me store my bag in the apartment while I looked around the big Friday market before leaving the town. You could not ask for a better host.

Aș putea acorda 3 note de 10! Un 10 pentru Lory și Angelo, un 10 pentru Casa Eden și un 10 pentru orașul Ventimiglia, partea de peste pod. Primirea și atenția gazdelor a fost deosebită, ne-au făcut să ne simțim ca niște prieteni. Casa istorică a fost foarte confortabilă, totul a fost funcțional, ai găsit în bucătărie tot ce ti-ai fi putut dori (inclusiv o sticlă cu vin), cafea, zahăr, ulei de măsline, oțet, fierbător, cuptor. Baia curată și bine echipată și terasa cu vedere spre munte completează apartamentul încăpător. Aș recomanda oricui această cazare și acest orășel italian pitoresc și aproape de Menton, Monaco și Nisa.
