Very comfortable apartment in lovely old town location

Very helpful lady who owns property. Very clean and comfortable. Great shower. Good cooking facilitates. Nice small terrace

Did not affect me but a lot of steps up to apartment on 3rd level. Very manageable as in stairs is wide and not overly steep. Limited daylight into apartment but very well lit with interior lighting.

Traditional apartment in the old town

Spacious apartment that is very well appointed. Great views from the terrace. The host met us and showed us around which was lovely. And treated us to an after dinner coffee. It is about a 15 minutes walk from the station and the host had sent instructions how to locate the lift to the old town which was very helpful. It was good to be in a traditional part of the town.

As it's high up there are 52 steps to the apartment. If you had a lot of luggage or a mobility issue this could be an issue. The climb is worth it for the elevated position.

One of the best

One of the absolute best places to stay in Ventimiglia. You do need some fitness level to go all the way up to the apartment because it's on the last floor and its all stairs. But it's all worth it. The host, Lory, is one of the best and most gentle human being I have ever met in my life. She will guide you and help you with everything during the stay no matter what problem you are having. The price is completely justified given the complete set of facilities.

Charming apartment, great welcome. lovely view from the terrace .

It was no problem but be aware there are quite a number of stairs as it is a lovely old building with the original stone staircase. We couldn't get the coffee machine to work but that was maybe us! The breakfast biscotti were not very nice.

Amazing location and very beautiful and we'll set up apartment. Nice and quiet too with a lovely host.

No elevator and 3 levels of quite steep little steps to get up to the apartment..but wasn't too bad overall.

Vacanza nel borgo con vista

Appartamento nel borgo in edificio caratteristico ma moderno e con tutti i comfort all'interno. Terrazzino invidiabile. La padrona di casa accogliente e disponibile sin dai primi contatti. In pochi giorni ci si sente a casa e parte della comunità.Torneremo.

Storia e mare

All'interno del centro storico e conseguente casa storica. Vista esterna verso le montagne liguri. Ampio monolocale vivibile per una coppia. Dotato di tutti i servizi e comfort (per in cucina). Non ti fa rimpiangere le comodità di casa propria. Con soli 15 minuti di camminata si arriva all'inizio del sentiero per la spiaggia delle Calandre.

Nulla. Sono soddisfatta della casa. Forse per qualcuno potrebbe essere complicato portare le valigie fino al 3 piano, in quanto edificio storico senza ascensore.

Appartamento e proprietari accoglienti.

Appartamento accogliente, confortevole e ben arredato. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. Lory e Angelo sono gestori attenti e premurosi. Si sono preoccupati che trovassi parcheggio nelle vicinanze e ci hanno aiutato nel trasporto dei bagagli. Tante piccole attenzioni per rendere il confortevole il soggiorno. Le capsule del caffè, le fette biscottate, le marmellate, le bottigliette di acqua, il latte, ecc. A piedi si può tranquillamente andare al mare di Ventimiglia. E con piccoli spostamenti in auto è possibile visitare città vicine come Nizza, Bordighera, ecc.

テラスから見る山の緑がとってもリラックスできました。本もゆっくり読むことができました。オーナーのマダムは、気さくで心を和ませてくれました。

テーブルの上に朝食用のパンがありましたが、食欲は出ませんでした。できることなら近くにパン屋さんがあるので、オーナーからクーポンをもらって、好きなものを買って食べられた方が良かったと思いました。

La nostra base.

Il monolocale è completo e ben atrezzato. Letti comodi e sonni riposanti nonostante il frigo in stanza, ma che non faceva rumore. Anche l'appartamento era in zona tranquilla. Avevo letto, nell'offerta che si trovava al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma non avevo considerato le tipologie di scale che si usano in questi borghi. Comunque si facevano 2 volte al giorno per cui le nostre ginocchia sono riuscite a sopportarle. Ero preoccupato per il parcheggio, ma non è stato un problema. Ho lasciato l'auto lungo via Al Capo, facilmente raggiungibile. Poi ho usato i mezzi pubblici per spostarmi lungo la riviera. La fermata è facilmente raggiungibile in una decina di minuti, usando anche il comodo ascensore che collega la parte alta con la bassa di Ventimiglia.

Un problema alla caldaia che dovrebbe essere risolto comunque a breve. Per me, con il mio background tecnico, non è stato un problema, ma per altri avrebbe potuto esserlo. Wifi sufficiente, ma in alcuni momenti deficitario.

Altstadtpalazzo mit Geschichte

Die Unterkunft liegt in der auf einem Felsvorsprung gelegenen historischen Altstadt von Ventimiglia. Man kommt bequem hinauf, dank eines modernen Lifts, der die Altstadt erschließt, aber leider von der zuständigen Behörde etwas ungeschickt signalisiert ist. (Der untere Liftzugang erfolgt mitten in einem Straßentunnel). "Eden" bietet ein großes Studio mit gut eingerichteter Küche, neuem Bad und einer Terrasse mit nettem Ausblick.

Die Treppenstufen im Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert werden desto unbequemer, je höher man hinaufkommt. In der Entstehungszeit des Gebäudes wohnten da oben die eben meist jüngeren Dienstboten. Immerhin gibt es, als moderne Zutat, einen hilfreichen Handlauf.

Breve soggiorno a Ventimiglia

La posizione, l'arredamento, la terrazza e relativa vista, l'accoglienza, il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, i letti comodissimi, eravamo in auto e abbiamo trovato parcheggio relativamente vicino... Tutto perfetto, insomma 🌈 se avremo di nuovo impegni sportivi da quelle parti valuteremo di tornare sicuramente ❤️
