Casa Luna

Casa nuova, pulita, nel centro storico di ventimiglia alta. Una scala molto stretta per salire rende l'immobile non accessibile, ma superata quella l'ìambiente è curato e accogliente. Gli spazi sono ampi. La TV non funzionava bene, ma l'avremmo comunque usata pochissimo. Il resto ottimo. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Facilissimo il ritiro delle chiavi.

la scala per salire. Forse metterei un paio di bottiglie di benvenuto in frigo, di acqua.

The old city of Ventimiglia, where actual inhabitants are living, not tourists. One is surrounded by genuine life. Closeness to the wonderful beach Spiaggia Le Calandre. The kitchen, beds, bathroom.

El pueblo y el lugar donde estaba situado precioso y la playa muy cerca. Las montañas y el paisaje precioso. La casa muy correcta y bastante cómoda. La atención de la propietaria estupenda

La alcoba y una de las camas con el colchón un poco viejo. Las escaleras de subida y bajada un poco incómodas

The flat was comfortable although the second bedroom without a window was a bit of a surprise. We slept well and once mentioned the heating did work well.

Whilst I understand that Casa Luna is in the old town, I think it should be mentioned that one can not drive to the flat, (so if like us we have heavy and expensive luggage), we were unable to bring them up to the flat. It must also be mentioned that the stairs leading to the flat are very abrupt (30cm steps) and we did find them difficult and dangerous, certainly not for older customers... As far as mentioning that the beach is only 3/400 m away, you should mention that we are at the top of Vintimille and unless you are a bird or a fan of sky diving, it is also a few hundred meters higher than the beach.
