Endroit sympathique et typique mais difficile à localiser dans ces nombreuses ruelles. Mais finalement c’est une bonne adresse L’appartement est spacieux et tout confort Notre lit était un peu trop ferme pour nous Le personnel très disponible au téléphone et via whatsapp Un bon rapport qualité prix

The location at the Booking says that the apartment is located at 350 Meters from the sea … it is not true at all . The apartment is located in very tricky reachable with car with limited hours mountain Ventimiglia Alta . La camminata dal ascensore del vilaggio oltre 500 metri a piedi con la scarpa molto ginnastica … niente scarpa elegante ! There is no parking anywhere near so if you travel with suitcases or elderly person avoid making reservation of this charming apartment … These points needs

On a passé une nuit dans le vieux quartier de Vintimille : ruelles anciennes, ambiance tranquille, petits restos autour. Le logement était bien et on a passé un agréable séjour.

Bellissimo viaggetto fuori porta a Ventimiglia alta

L'appartamento è arredato con gusto ed era tutto pulito e profumato. Molta biancheria da letto e bagno disponibile. Posizione centrale ottima per vivere il centro storico.

Tipica delle case del centro storico è la scala d'entrata che però risulta molto ripida e stretta, rendendo l'accesso a casa un pó difficoltoso. L'accesso in auto non è consentito, essendo centro storico, quindi per un tratto bisogna trasportare i bagagli a piedi.

Siamo stai molto bene.

La posizione molto bella,nel borgo storico. Ci si sente del luogo per qualche giorno. La signora Alessandra cortese e presente, risponde quasi istantaneamente ad ogni domanda o richiesta. La casa é accogliente, pulita e in ordine. Non manca nulle ed anzi ci sono piccole attenzioni piacevoli.

Una a,era da letto non ha la finestra e mi è mancata, ma capisco che é abbastanza comune in un borgo antico come Ventimiglia alta. Anche la stretta e ripida scala é tipica di queste costruzioni,ma forse un illuminazione più adeguata aiuterebbe.

Loin de la plage

Le logement était très propre et spacieux. Il se trouve dans un quartier typique italienne mais un peu difficile à localiser la première fois.

Il faut compter environ 20 minutes ou plus de marche en montée avec pas mal d’escaliers pour rejoindre la plage. L’entrée du logement est petite et comporte également plusieurs escaliers, mais le lieu reste agréable une fois sur place.

Je recommande chaudement ce logement, idéalement situé au centre de la ville haute et proche de la plus belle plage de la ville (10min à pied). J’ai aussi bcp apprécié les conseils de Luciana à l’arrivée.

Nul je ne recommande pas garder votre argent

Absolument rien

Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour quatre personnes dont une personne de 80 ans et un bébé de six mois. Je vous grandis que ça a été une horreur sur l’annonce, il est précisé que la plage est à 200 m, sûrement à vol d’oiseau,il est précisé qu’un parking est à proximité sauf qu’il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut marcher 20 minutes si vous trouvez une place et marche des montez atroce. En ce qui concerne le logement, je vous mets l’accès en photo, vous comprendrez par vous-même pour l’intérieur. Nous sommes rentrés une odeur de désodorisant pour insectes très fort des cheveux par terre des draps qui me laisse sans commentaire. Nous sommes repartis sans même y rester plus de trois minutes. Nous avons demandé gentiment à la dame d’effectuer un remboursement car rien n’était identique à l’annonce. La dame a refusé et de plus nous a laissé Sans aucun scrupule à la rue avec une dame de 80 ans, et un bébé de six mois me disant que ça fille ainsi que sont fils et sont mari sont avocat ( preuve des message à l appuie ) Je conseille vivement de ne pas séjourner ici gardez votre argent pour ailleurs, il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher, mais pas être là-dedans

Muy espacioso y cómodo, bien reformado. Los huéspedes muy amables y serviciales, nos hicieron muchas recomendaciones. Todo muy limpio.

La ubicación. Tenia muchas escaleras para llegar (tanto fuera como dentro de la casa) y para gente que tiene dificultades de movilidad es negativo. El parking un poco lejos si vienes en coche, por que el apartamento se encuentra en el casco antiguo y no se puede acceder con él.

Non adatto a Trasfertisti

Ho prenotato questa struttura per alcuni ospiti trasfertisti che abbiamo dovuto temporaneamente spostare dalla nostra, a causa di un problema condominiale. Tuttavia, probabilmente ho sopravvalutato le caratteristiche dell’appartamento basandomi sull’annuncio. Riporto l’esperienza raccontata dai nostri ospiti: il parcheggio non è risultato comodo né facilmente accessibile per un furgone. L’appartamento, inoltre, non era adeguatamente predisposto per accogliere 5 persone: i letti non erano pronti e i ragazzi hanno dovuto arrangiarsi. Ci sono stati problemi con il riscaldamento, poiché mancavano le pile nel termostato, e la cucina era carente di pentole e stoviglie, rendendo difficile cucinare. Alla fine, i ragazzi hanno deciso di rimanere una sola notte, anziché tre, perché preferivano non prolungare il soggiorno. Fortunatamente, siamo riusciti a risolvere l’emergenza nella nostra struttura e a farli rientrare. Nonostante ciò, abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare le tasse di soggiorno per l’intero periodo, anche se non hanno usufruito della struttura per tutte le notti.
