Very good

Alessandro was a great host, when anything was neede, he was ready to help. The flat is fine, although some equipment was not 100% functional, but everything was manageable without any problem. The location is perfect for reaching the beach and city center, 24/7 supermarket in a walking distance.

There could have been more dishes, coffee pot did not have a handle etc, but for our family it was not a big deal. On Friday there is a problem with parking due to a market and some days the nearby restaurants were a bit louder, but honestly compared to other similar locations, this one was more or less calm

LUNGO MARE CAVALLOTTI VENTIMIGLIA

Reveil au matin face a la mer.

Sejour au 15 aout. Canicule ces jours là. Pas de climatisation mais je le savait au moment de reserver, on ne pouvait pas prévoir la Canicule 2025 en revanche (il y a eu des chaleurs exeptionnelles cette année dans cette periode et j'ai demandé donc si une clim portative pouvait être fournie -> pas possible). Deux ventilos en revanche etaiens déjà présents. Malgré mon habitude à gérer les courants d'air (bien ouvrir la nuit pour faire circuler la fraicheur puis tout fermer le jour) on a eu trés chaud. Facteur aggravent, le frigo il dégage une chaleur horrible il fait office de chauffage présque. Pour le reste on s'est adapté. Le bistro dessous est impeccable pas chèr et la plage à 50m impeccable, puis super le marché au matin du vendredi qui tombait pour le 15 août. Je regrette que ma famille a souffert de cette chaleur dans cet appart. Je pense que Marco va y remédier. Si non on pourra pas rechoisir cet appartement l'an prochain. J'espère que Marco me comprendra

No geral gostei muito!

A localização é espetacular, literalmente na praia. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi impecável! Muito simpático, deu-nos boas dicas, desde locais a visitar, parque de estacionamento e recomendações de restaurantes. Se se proporcionar, voltarei de certeza!

A limpeza do apartamento infelizmente deixou muito a desejar. Estava tudo a precisar de ser limpo, desde chão, casa de banho e cozinha. Eu tive que limpar a casa de banho antes de usar. Os armários da cozinha estavam muito sujos, por isso também fui obrigada a lavar a louça antes de usar. O chão acabou por ser indiferente, visto que não tinha crianças pequenas. Um bom estendal e molas também seria bom. E por fim, a cama do quarto com varada, um pouco desconfortável. No entanto o apartamento com todos esses cuidados tem imenso potencial! E eu voltaria com muito gosto.

Gute Lage, schöner Blick vom Zimmer mit Balkon auf das Meer. Marko ist sehr nett. Man kann Cannes, Nizza, Monte Carlo, Menton und Sanremo leicht mit dem Zug oder dem Auto erreichen.
