Great facility for a stay when visiting the nearby parks.

Very quiet location. Spotlessly clean. Heating on at arrival - nice touch. Good shower. Small but comfortable. Downstairs restaurant was very good.

No shops nearby - stock up on snacks before going. Had nothing to do with the property.

Despite the size of the room, I had a very pleasant stay. And the owner was very nice and friendly.

The room and facilities were nice and clean. And I happened to meet the owner, who was very nice and friendly. I plan to go back when I visit Belgium again.

The room was a bit too small, and I could not place my suitcase anywhere without preventing me from walking around in the room. Ultimately, I put my suitcase on the small fridge.

A brilliant guest house with a fantastic host

I felt incredibly welcomed at A Casa Mia, Francesco gave a great welcome and tour of the rooms. The facilities were brilliant and the whole place was spotless. The pizza was incredibly tasty and Damian gave great service - thank you very much!

As other reviewers have mentioned, the toilet in the bathroom is missing a seat but it was still functional!

Soulless and rather depressing. But cheap and convenient

Not much, really

I chose this location out of convenience as I needed to get to the airport early. But, quite frankly, the place is soulless, lost in a rather impersonal neighborhood. The restaurant was closed (on both Sat and Sunday), the place was cold (no heating despite the rather chilly mornings and evenings) and the room rather basically furnished, poorly lit. Quite frankly, I was disappointed. But, then again, I picked the location by convenience…

Big, clean and comfortable room. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in. Friendly and accommodating reception.

The restaurant on the ground floor is closed on Saturdays, the night we stayed. We had been looking forward to dining there.

Fantastic stay

The bed was comfortable, the rooms were spacious and felt stylish and modern, the mini-fridge was a welcomed inclusion (especially on the hot days we visited during) and the owner was very friendly, always asking if we were enjoying ourselves and if there's anything we need to let him know

Really the only negatives were the second toilet missing a seat and lid and the shower in that same room missing a curtain, but honestly those are minor faults

Location is OK.

There was no breakfast. So I couldn't give any points for that. In the article of Booking.com there was written Breakfast included. So we went to the local bakery to have our breakfast. 1 big towel for 2 persons is not OK. There was also no soap or shampoo available in the bathroom.

Manque d’insonorisation, notre voisin de palier regardait la télévision tellement fort que l’on avait l’impression qu’il était dans notre chambre. Coussin pas confortable du tout… prévoir d’autres coussins dans le meuble pour les personnes souffrant de problème de cervicales

Cadre agréable mais séjour assez médiocre marqué par un accueil glacial et une description trompeuse

L'établissement est situé dans un quartier agréable, sur une colline verdoyante à 20 minutes à pied de Walibi Belgium. Il est proche de la ville mais offre la sensation d'être à la campagne. La chambre double avec salle de bains privative était décente et globalement propre. Le check-in nous a été gracieusement accordé quelques heures avant 18h.

À notre arrivée, l'accueil fut froid, quasiment menaçant : nous avons demandé comment transformer le canapé-lit en lit et on nous a répondu qu'en fait c'était interdit sous peine de devoir payer un supplément. Le code wifi devait nous être transmis mais nous ne l'avons jamais obtenu. Le code QR affiché dans la chambre pour se connecter ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Nous n'avons donc jamais eu de wifi, et la télévision qui fonctionne avec Chromecast était inutilisable. Le chauffage était complètement coupé alors que la température extérieure descendait à 8°C la nuit, donc nous avons eu un peu froid. Le radiateur sèche-serviettes était coupé également, donc les serviettes restaient mouillées. L'évacuation de la douche était très lente car mal entretenue. En 3 jours, le café et les gobelets qui sont dans le couloir n'ont pas été renouvelés. Quelqu'un a frappé à notre porte en pleine nuit alors que nous dormions. Par rapport à la description, il y avait donc beaucoup d'éléments qui n'étaient pas conformes aux attentes en matière d'équipements, de services et de confort.

L'accueil a été vraiment agréable Francesco s'est rendu rapidement disponible alors qu'il était occupé dans la pizzéria qui est attenante à la maison d'hôte Donc non seulement c'est pratique d'avoir sur place un endroit pour se restaurer mais en plus on y mange très bien je me suis régalée On se sent beaucoup mieux qu'à l'hôtel Je garde un excellent souvenir de ce lieu même si je ne suis restée que 2 jours et je sais que j en parlerais à mes amis

Pour moi il n'y a rien a amélioré que Francesco reste tel qu'il est et tout ira toujours bien il est chaleureux souriant

De kamer was ontzettend schoon en groot. We werden ontzettend hartelijk ontvangen. Het is rustig gelegen en op 5 min afstand van het centrum van Wavere.
