Very good value for money, and in a good location, especially for visiting Brussels nearby.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very European and good. Staff were very friendly. The location was good for us, just 4 Km from the E40, since we had a long drive to Germany ahead of us.

Very convenient and pleasant stay

Very good location. Spacious and tidy rooms. Staff was friendly and assistive. Check in was very flexible and considerate. Would recommend this stay and definitely be back. Excellent stay!

The additional breakfast wasn’t catering for everyone - a cold breakfast (especially during December winter). Selection of cold meats, cheese and pasteries. Unfortunately this wasn’t very fresh and a warm breakfast would have been nice.

We come every year and the stay is always comfortable, staff are lovely and breakfast is delicious!

Lovely staff and the breakfast was delicious. I think the room was very spacious and bed is super comfy, bedding and linen were spotlessly clean.

I think a little TLC is needed especially in the bathroom, mainly around bathroom tiles and the shower head kept falling off the hinges and so to have a decent shower was a mission.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay great

Friendly staff and comfortable room and safe parking facilities

No fridge. Cost of breakfast and no coffee or tea making facilities. Asked for 2 cups of tea which cost 8.50 euros. The restaurant was lovely and food delicious but quite expensive and took ages for our order to be taken for food and drinks.

No shower in room. Noise from other guests. Blind in room let plenty of light in. Location is quite far away from anywhere to eat or drink. Receptionist was hard work and unhappy

Brilliant stay, perfect for NYE

The staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned everyday, there was a bus stop just outside, really good price for NYE and a modern bedroom.

Nothing we didn’t like but would recommend a kettle / hot drink facilities in the room.

a great hotel in a peaceful town on the way to Brussels

i like the room. i also liked the bathroom, it had a nice bathtub. the bed was comfy. the hotel is right in front the bus station on the way to Brussels and two restaurants, which was very nice, because we arrived starving at Saturday night when everything was already closed

everything was great, but a cleaning lady was a bit rude. We asked a receptionist if it was possible to check out later cause we had some things to do for work, and she said it was not a problem. But then the cleaning lady came and was rude to us that we were staying longer

Bathrooms can be cleaner. Not the first time I have noticed this. Also the rooms are tired and need an update. Find it expensive for what you get, breakfast not that great either. From now on I’ll stay in Aalst where there is more to do and get better value and quality for money

Very pleasant experience overall with excellent staff.

The beds were very comfortable, friendly staff, and everything was spotless. The room was very quiet, couldn't hear any noise from outside. There was also complementary water available. There were plenty parking spaces available. There is an elevator as well which was helpful for carrying luggage.

I would appreciate if I was offered a room with twin beds, as I requested, instead of a double bed.
