Really hospitable property that allowed us a really comfortable and enjoyable stay, we really enjoyed it, thank you.

The house was secure, extremely well presented, incredibly comfortable and totally welcoming.

The driveway lights are quite bright in the front bedroom overnight. They stayed on all night. Perhaps a curtain across the window as well as the blind would help. We thought some hooks for coats would be useful in the hall.

House was beautiful - the hosts have thought of everything. The little things that matter - providing pods for coffee maker, tea, sugar, kitchen had all utensils & dishes. Pods for dish washer. Fabulous welcome pack & lovely area to sit outside in the garden.

The house and facilities were 1st class. Colleen and Gary were very welcoming. They left us a luxurious hamper and even let us borrow a Firestick for the TV. Enclosed garden was ideal for the dogs and with the nice weather we made use of the provided barbecue. Would return in a heartbeat.

wonderful, luxurious, relaxed & home from home

The property is stunning, with luxury furnishings, it was spotlessly clean & smelt amazing. Outside is private with electric gate entry, fully enclosed back garden that was totally safe to let our dog play in & all well lit. There was a beautiful Christmas tree, as We stayed between Christmas & New Year, before heading up to the Lakes. There was also a hamper with Prosecco & snacks, also milk tea coffee provided. Hosts Colleen & Gary lovely & friendly, we couldn’t ask for more 💖 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

this was a perfect, peaceful mid week chill for me, my partner and our dog! perfect mix of being close to a town centre

the welcome hamper so very thoughtful. lovely candles were lit for our arrival and the place smelt amazing. the Christmas tree was up and a beautiful surprise and made the room even cosier. the kitchen was amazing and fully equipped. the sofas in the front room were very comfortable. the huge tv on the wall was fantastic. the bathrooms were perfect and loved the walk in shower. the king size bed was so comfortable and we slept so well. the location was really easy to find and central but also nice and quiet and we didn’t hear a thing even though we slept with the window/door open. the enclosed garden was great for our dog and it felt so safe and secure. the host were amazing and spoke to us before the stay and we’re lovely and welcoming during our stay. the welcome was full of all the house info and local amenities and details of all the lovely furniture.

Wow! Everything was perfect for our stay, the very stylish house was spotless, modern & had Netflix too, which was a bonus after a day out. The hosts were there to let you in & had made it so welcoming, lovely smelling candles on arrival, soft music playing & a hamper full of goodies. It had a massive TV and a basket of blankets which made it feel cosy of an evening. There was secure parking and the location was perfect too, 5 minute walk into town & the train station to take you further a field for a day out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a get away in that area.

The perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Southport

The property is beautiful & ideally located a short walk from all attractions in Southport. The property was lovely & clean & smelled amazing due to all of the beautiful candles that had been lit for our arrival. The owners had even left us a beautiful hamper, which our children loved, full of tasty treats.

The house felt really cosy, safe and secluded. Coleen and Gary were so kind and welcoming on arrival and departure. The house was so well stocked it felt like you were staying with a friend. The welcome basket was fantastic and we had lovely candles lit for our arrival, made it feel really special. So handy to have private parking outside the house and such a bonus to have a secure garden for our toddler to run around in. Lovely furnishings and really well designed as a holiday let.

We loved the decor as it was stylish and homely. There was everything you needed for a self catering break including tea bags/ washing up liquid and washing powder. The accommodation smelt amazing and Coleen was so friendly and helpful. Great to be able to take our dog away with us too and she loved it as much as we did!

Well just got back from this gem of a property From booking to departure as been a wonderful experience . Cleanliness, comfortable, welcoming, beautiful decor, Secure . Welcome hamper is fabulous and a wonderful touch Tea,coffee & milk on arrival. All you need are your clothes every thing is provided and well thought about. A couple minutes walk to shops and sea front . Dog safe garden as can see from photos she loved it Thank you would book again and highly recommend
