Great location; clean and has all the facilities required for a short-term stay.

Excellent location; very clean and had everything required for a short-term stay, including free parking. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.

The overhead light in the main bedroom hangs way too low (other guests have commented on this). This seems like a minor issue but is very annoying when you are constantly bashing your head getting in and out of bed. Not a great way to start the day.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and a lovely surprise to find tea, coffee & wine.

Large and comfortable. Well equipped and clean. Perfect position for what we needed. Great to have a carpark space. Quite location

Great base for Southport and surrounding area

Really helpful host. Apartment looks like it does in the pictures. Extras catered for like tea/coffee etc Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen equipment was great.

The apartment was handy for both Lord Street and Birkdale, with a parking space available right in front of the entrance.

The apartment was immaculate other than the bathrooms which need a refresh.

Location was nice and quiet and well placed just outside Southport. The owner Julia is very helpful and is informative.

Property requires a mat at patio doors as when wet it walks all over living room. Also, small window in living room requires blinds for privacy. Also, light shades in living room and bedrooms need to be raised as kept hitting my head on them and I am a short guy!!!

We had a fantastic stay in a lovely ground floor apartment, conveniently located.

It was fabulous. Ground floor -tick. Spotlessly clean - tick. Parking excellent. Easily accessible to car bang outside the apartment - tick. Everything was brilliant. We would definately book it again. Couldn't be better. Not looking at anywhere else.

Attention to detail in cleaning the kitchen and bathroom plus larger bath towels would improve

The shower head was partly blocked and didn’t spray well, the bath towels were tiny. The kitchen could have been cleaner, the freezer had previous occupants food, the toaster had crumbs, the main switch for the hob was very dirty. There were very few hangers in the wardrobes and some were broken. I contacted the host and sh arranged for new ones to be delivered the next day

Everything we needed and a v comfortable stay

Perfect location for playing golf at Formby Hall. Directions for parking and getting keys good. Accommodation very comfortable and good facilities. Nice welcome bottle of wine and plenty of coffee pods for machine.

Didn’t send information about parking and key access on day before as promised. Very worrying until it arrived late morning of the day of stay. No shower over bath in main bathroom and the shower in en-suite was v high and difficult to switch on without getting water on the floor or wet before temperature was regulated.

Would use again as perfectly located ground floor flat.

2 dbl beds, parking outside of property, ground floor so easy to get luggage and gold clubs into the apartment and a 10 min walk to the start of Southport with plenty of places to eat.

The only shower is ensuite to one of the bedrooms which was fine for 2 mates but would be difficult if it was 2 couples trying to get ready to go out - would be perfect if there was a shower fitted in the main bathroom.

Lovely apartment

Lovely clean modern apartment, short walk to the town. Private off road parking spec just outside the patio doors and nice touch with the wine and coffee machine. Very helpful access instructions from hosts Julia and Mark.

The only negative is the low glass lampshades on the ceiling pendents. Anyone taller than 5'5'' bangs their head.
