Brilliant break at Jasmine Cottage

My sister and I had a wonderful break .Cottage an home from home spotless everything you could need was there. Beds so comfy pillows best I've slept on .Nice big garden dog loved it. John very helpful checked if we were OK. Lovely welcome basket of food on arrival. Will definitely be booking for next year if he'll have us.

Only small niggles got arthritis in knees stairs bit of struggle but managed OK. Bit of a fright when next doors dog appeared head and top half of its body over their fence to bark at dog he stands on table to jump up lol.

Loved Wales extremely lucky with weather. Lots to see & do beautiful countryside.

Very cosy, downstairs loo, everything we could need. Close to shops & restaurants. Very clean & tidy. Nice touch with the bread, milk & welshcakes.

Excellent

There is nothing to dislike about Jasmine Cottage it is located close to the village, dog friendly and within approximately 200 meters you will find a river walk that is ideal for dog walking or just social walking. Jasmine Cottage is a credit to the owners, its extremely clean and comfortable and what was totally unexpected the owner actually took the time to leave a welcome pack of bread, butter, tea, coffee and milk etc for us on our arrival. John the owner also issued interesting brochures of places to see. He also left a personal typed copy of personal interest along with locations of local shopping areas, bars and restaurant's. We can't thank John the owner of Jasmine Cottage enough for the professionalism extended making our stay so memorable.

the best holiday property we have stayed in,could not fault it for cleanliness and comfort. the welcome pack was a lovely touch.

the smell of damp in the one bedroom was very strong, on further investigation we noticed a large build up of black damp on walls behind wardrobes.

There was a nice welcome basket of groceries on arrival. The house was well equipped and comfortable.

I was expecting a contactless check-in, but the owner was there when I arrived and didn't leave until he had insisted on giving me a tour of the house. He also turned up at the house, unannounced, later in the week to arrange about putting the bins out. I appreciate that he probably meant to be friendly, but as a single female traveller, I was somewhat uncomfortable with this.

Fantastic

After traveling almost 30 hours from Perth west Australia we arrived in this beautiful cottage at around 4.30 pm on a Friday tired and apprehensive about what we had booked . What a wonderful surprise we had when we walked into this absolutely immaculate little cottage . We immediately felt at home . There was a beautiful welcoming basket of lovely welsh produce in the kitchen for us . There was everything we could imagine that we needed for our weeks stay. Everything was provided including cleaning products and stuff in the cupboard. It felt just like been at home. Fabulous location close to the freeway , shops the local town and some historical sites. If you are heading to north wales and are looking to stay In this area I highly recommend this cottage. If we ever come back to wales ,this will be the place we will stay. Thank you to the host for such an amazing stay . We will be definitely back one day

Brilliant stay

The cottage is in a great location & next to a nice river and has quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. The cottage was brilliant and very clean and we had a great stay and will 100% be back.

The host was very hospitable, we had breakfast essentials laid out for us and we were quite comfortable throughout our stay.
