Comfortable and cosy stay.

The map to find the accommodation wasn't included with the instructions, so that took a bit of time but it wasn't a major issue. Once there, the lock box was easily located and opened.

Perfect getaway!

Lovely log cabin in Wales. Great value for money. The kitchen had all the utensils you need, there’s a kettle, toaster and a mini fridge. There are three bedrooms. Two with bunk beds and one master bedroom. The living room has enough seating for everyone (I went with 4 adults and 1 baby). Our rooms and bathroom were clean and there is a small shop on site to buy essentials. Overall lovely stay and would stay again, thank you!

Great location , okay property , but needs sone attention.

Property needed some attention Issue with WiFi , kettle broken , bulbs missing from lights , dusty and unclean areas around beds , mats that ruck up all over , seating uncomfortable, areas cluttered , no worktop space in kitchen and nowhere to get any ( ie table ) , broken gate on porch and poorly maintained porch area .

The location was awesome , cabin plenty big enough for six .

The furniture is very dated and not so comfortable, shower doesn’t have a lot of pressure .

Peace, nature, views - leave the world behind...

I loved the location and the quite surroundings. Amazing view of the mountains. Watching sunset while sitting on the porch was magnificent. Wood cabin, so close to nature. So peacful and clear sky. No city lights or noises. Plenty of games in the cabin for kids and adults. I loved vhs tapes, took us back in time. Like we were kids again, no worry no work no schedule, freedom. Host was helpful great communication. Rocking chair in the conservatory was our favourite spot. We would fight over it haha. Old walking stick was best toy, kids pretended to be granny. Lakes nearby, free parking everywhere, close to many attractions and beaches. Will be visiting again for longer.

Toilet seat kept falling down, needs fixing or replacing.

The location was good nice views

It was dirty, very dusty and mould on the ceilings, and behind draws in all bedrooms also the bathroom and windows sills. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time mould like that doesn’t appear over a short period of time. The kitchen had toast crumbs on the worktop and I the toaster lots of cobwebs everywhere. I told informed the customer service when I discovered the mould and dust they promised to refund the cleaning money as I had had to clean the place but I’ve never received it they did send someone out to look at the mould some effort was made to clean it but it’s so deep into the wood it was still visible.

Lovely location and quite, but let down by the cleanliness and lack of customer service.

The view and location.

Very grubby and dated. Hasn’t had a deep clean in a while. On arrival there was a used astray full of stub ends sat in water, which wasn't a nice welcome. The cabin smelt of smoke and had ash on the porch furniture. I did mention this to the host, who asked if I wanted to get the cleaners around. We did but the ash was still left, and still very grubby down by the plug sockets and behind beds etc. Very disappointed there was no follow up email to ask if the cleaners had done a better job.

Pleasant

The location is what makes this. Fantastic views and great base to go see lots of different places.

Where to start, hot water dribbled out of tap after 2 mins of running as heated by solar panels, otherwise there is an emersion to heat water that takes an hour and doesn't help pressure. Shower pressure is awful too. Broken shelf in fridge that made a lot of space unusable. Lots of cables and extension leads running round living room/bedroom. Furniture in living room terribly uncomfortable and mattress on double bed i found far too soft. Cabin is packed full of stuff and not clean like in the pictures. Oh and the big thing to know.....BEWARE two days before this trip i got an email saying i need to pay a £250 security deposit. If i didn't pay it my booking would have been too late to cancel, I'd be charged full cancellation fee and lose security deposit. Very sneaky of owners and i was very lucky i had it to pay. This could ruin many holidays as I hadn't budgeted for this unknown expense. I hope booking.com look at this review and that this practice isn't a known one. If kids weren't looking forward to it so much I'd have cancelled. Like i said above, location saved this trip for us.

Wonderful location, very cosy and comfortable log cabin in the mountains.

Location is amazing. Superb views of the mountains. We also played chess, Jenga and magnetic darts all provided by the host. Breakfast was self catering.

I couldn’t find the key initially, the hot water tap was slow, and I couldn’t get the extractor fan to work.

Great, peaceful, beautiful location. Very comfortable beds. Very clean, parking outside the cabin. Great for families with children.

It’s a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. However, there are smaller convenience stores a couple of minutes away.

Fantastic location

The additional booking step with Seren were not straight forward. Filling checkin details including photo of ID and credit card. Then another step for the deposit which didn’t work and needed a phone call. The agents were responsive and we got there in the end.

The place was in a beautiful setting and it was cosy with all of the entertainment that you could need. It is great for a little peaceful getaway.

The sofas weren't the most comfortable and we had to do a deep clean when we arrived.

property abit dated with mismatch of furniture, wasn’t very clean kettle unusable microwave had splashing of dirty food oven needed a good clean , water for shower dripped out the only thing that was good was the beds & bedding were spotless. Also no wifi even thou this property advertises that it has WIFI, the property management that’s runs this is naff lack of communication
