Perfect stay.

Everything was perfect. It's such a nice, cosy cottage. Spacious lounge and kitchen. Kitchen fully equipped. Spacious rooms with very comfy beds. Nice little back garden with garden furniture. A few min walk there is a pub Grapes. We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage and I would highly recommend it.

Very pleasant and a great escape to North Wales.

Comfortable, very clean and well stocked with tea, coffee as well as biscuits! It was a real pleasure to arrive back after a day of hiking and relax for the evening!

Perfect spacious home for a great holiday in snowdonia

So homely and relaxing. Plenty of space, super comfy beds and all the facilities you need plus some. Like home from home. The village is beautiful and the grapes hotel bar offer fantastic food with lovely friend staff. Teenagers loved the games room in the pub !!! A great base for all the activities across snowdonia we had a fab time :)

Lovely stay in Welsh village, good central location for all main Snowdonia mountains and countryside

Great location in a lovely welsh village with a pub very close by if you wish to go out for a drink or food. Easy to find and locate on arrival with a very smooth check in. Clean tidy accommodation with all amenities needed for our stay. Nice big social area in the living room and kitchen. We even made us of the fire in June which we really appreciated returning back to after some cold and wet mountain climbs. On street parking available that we had no problems with parking our cars, (we had two cars between the 4 of us staying there) this was sometimes busy but there was always a spot somewhere to park. Friendly helpful hosts and great that it is dog friendly.

No big issues with our stay. Do read the manual on arrival as we got back from a long wet walk and discovered we needed to put the hot water on that took a while to come through so the first of the 4 of us had a cold shower as we needed to get ready to go out for food. If we had read the manual on arrival we may have discovered this sooner, so just a note on your arrival to read this and make sure all the amenities you need are switched on.

Great place to spend nice quality time with friends or family

Great price for so many things in such a big house. We used it to spend christmas for a weekend. Equipped kitchen to cook everything. Big table for group of six people. We were absolutely satisfied :)

Clean & comfortable house with a lovely pub across the road that serves excellent food & can provide breakfast is required. We all enjoyed our stay & would recommend to others.

Very good

Brilliant location in beautiful countryside village near to main attractions like Snowdon, Cwmorthin Waterfall and Zip World. Really spacious living spaces with great facilities. The bedding was very comfortable and the towels were super soft. The cooked breakfast from the host was outstanding!

While the facilities are great, there could have been better kitchen equipment for things like tea, cooking oil, salt and pepper. There were a few things missing like some main light bulbs in rooms and handsoap in the bathroom. However these things didn't get in the way of us having a fantastic trip away!

Excellent property in superb location for exploring Snowdonia National Park.

The property was very spacious & in a brilliant location. Kevin was very helpful & the food at The Grapes is not to be missed, also it’s just a short stroll from the cottage.

No negatives this property gets the thumbs up from me!
