This was a great location as it is out of the way and a few miles from anything close which was good to get away, the cabin was very warm and everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay.
I just wish the last people that stayed there before us cleaned the dishes properly, other than that it was great.
I think the pictures should also include known issues that are already there damage wise, I have taken pictures of all visible marks lile I do when I stay anywhere just incase they are needed.

It was advertised as a view .. there was no view ! (See picture of bushes)
The cabin was dirty .. cobwebs and dust. (Pictures)
Cooker extractor didn’t work
Not cooker knob indication settings as rubbed off
Cooker was filthy on the sides (picture)
The key safe was broken and took an age to actually get key out
The bathroom smelt of urine
Pillows were flatter than pancakes and lucky I brought my own

Very well equipped with furniture, appliances dishes and tools for kitchen. All clean and well maintained.
The cleaning crew could’ve done a better job. A bit of a rotten smell in the small bedroom.

It was a very comfortable and cozy cabin. Lovely location.
Nothing I didn’t like.

- very good location
- quiet area
- dog friendly
- cosy and quaint lodge
- games provided
- there was a cafe and small shop in the leisure village
- heaters provided that warmed the lodge up very quickly
- WiFi and TV provided
- the main issue was the sleeping arrangement, as there were 4 adults staying in this property and 2 of the beds are small bunk beds that a regular sized adult won’t fit into. The mattresses were not very comfortable either.
- some mugs were unclean
- not enough toilet roll for 2 nights (4 people stayed)
- the kettle had lots of limescale

It wasn't a great time, we could smell dogs as soon as we opened the door, and dogs hair was on the carpet everywhere.
The room doesn't look like in the picture, there was no armchair and the fire burner.
The room is quite dusty, and somewhere has black mould.
Dog smell, dog hair, dusty, WiFi loses signal, TV loses signal.

The cabin is clean, beds are comfortable. It is spacious for a couple. Water heater is great. Location wise it’s okay, theres a walking distance cafe serving foods and drinks. There are also shops to buy supplies near the area.
Wifi connection is a bit bad, interrupting our movie night as ut keeps on logging and I need to reset it multiple times which is time consuming. Built in heaters on the rooms are not working although they provide portable heaters that save us.

Fantastic location, fabulous scenery and plenty to do outdoors. Lovely views and walks just around the cabin area itself.
Looked okay when we first went in everything looked good on the surface but soon found out the fridge absolutely stunk of fish, gave up using it after a few days because everything we put in smelt when we took it out to use!
Pans and baking tray still had burnt on food on it, cutlery was dirty and empty bottle down the side of the bed. Windows haven’t been cleaned since gods knows when. The bedroom heaters didn’t work and neither did the living room heater. The heated towel rail was broken and so was the little bathroom heater!! The grass hadn’t been cut so we couldn’t sit outside as it just attracted midges and then we found the outside drain was blocked and waste water was running underneath cabin attracting more bugs.
To be fair, after a couple of days they replaced a frying pan and baking tray and a gave us a new heater. Turns out the bedroom heaters were turned off in the fuse box! The drains were sorted two days after complaining and they cut the grass the day before we left. Bathroom heating was never fixed. Biggest issue there was getting your towels dried as the weather wasn’t good for putting them outside.
I didn’t expect them to replace the pan and tray but my point was that we had to pay £105 for cleaning and this cabin clearly is being cleaned properly although I accept previous occupiers have responsibility to.

Location is good
Wall mounted heaters were not working in both rooms..it was extremely cold..one plug in heater for whole property doesn’t warm up the cabin. Overnight water leakage from under the cabin outside shower room made carpet wet. No internet/wifi connection. Very limited or no mobile network.

Location of the property was great.

It was self-catering, so I made the breakfast myself! The location was such that I was able to complete my hill-walking programme in the Rhinogs, which was all that mattered to me. The whole operation of checking in and out was completely automated, so when I give the staff zero points, it was because there were zero staff. But I didn't need any staff. The cabin is very well equipped with cooking equipment, utensils and such like. There is even an umbrella, which is thoughtful. The booking.com blurb painted a very accurate and objective picture of what I could expect. Trawsfynydd holiday village, where the cabin is located has a shop which has far more stock than I had been expecting. And the on-site cafe/bar is bright and cheerful, providing set main dishes four or five evenings a week. This could have been a godsend for me, as I came by train and bus, and did not have the use of a car until my son arrived to join me. So, in my view, the positive elements of this place far outweigh any negative ones, which I am invited to mention below, and for that reason, do so.
This is a minor blemish - the toilet handle had to be pumped several times before the toilet would flush, but it did always flush. The wifi was switched off when I arrived. I had to work out how to get it going, and it seemed not to work until the internal battery was fully charged. But eventually I did get it to work efficiently. The same with the heating. The weather was chilly and very wet throughout my stay, even though this was the theoretical summer month of August. Although I was out on the hills most of the time, there were times in the evening and the early morning when I wanted a bit of heating and hiking clothes had to be dried. But the storage heaters in the bedrooms were switched off and there was a notice not to fiddle with the settings, so I didn't. The electric heater in the living space would come on briefly then switch itself off and I had to find a way of overriding this setting, which I did. Guests are asked to place used bed linen and towels in a linen bag, but there was no linen bag that I could find. Also I was a bit confused by the name of the place. It is marketed on booking.com as "Moo-Hoo Snowdonia log cabin", but when you get there, there is no trace of Moo-Hoo, whatever that means. The actual name on the cabin, below the number 8, is "Harr-Ida". But as mentioned above, these are minor points, which did not detract from my overall satisfaction with the place.

Excellent location and the cabin was cosy and my kids loved it
The armchair was a bit wobbly and could possibly be changed as I felt it was going to break at any moment. Also could only seat 3 people when watching tv

The equipment of the cottage is adequate, there is everything you need. The location is great, quiet, calm, beautiful views
Very high grass around the facility was not mowed, empty bottles of alcohol around the house, old shoes abandoned on the roof, from the outside the place looked abandoned. Inside, at first glance, it looks clean but garbage is in the mattresses, dust and cobwebs in every room, the shower did not work from the first day and no one helped with these problems. One has the impression that messages are answered by robots, not people, because they are not interested in the fact that the place is neglected.

The cabin itself was extraordinary, warm and cosy. A great getaway. The views of the mountains are stunning.
The only thing I could possibly critique is that I can get a bit cold but that's the only thing I could think off

Loved how cosy the cabin was. didn’t have great weather so spent a lot of time in the cabin and really had a fab time. parking right next to property, all utensils there so cooked up a few feasts. plenty of room in bedrooms, we even managed to put the baby travel cot at the end of bed. Was nice and quiet wen we were there so enjoyed a few days calm after the Xmas madness.
