Excellent location once we worked out the best walking route to the train station. Wonderful local shops and restaurants close by and all Japanese people were friendly and helpful. Helpful hints for nearby shops were supplied by Elle's.
Little more detail mapping to walk to and from train station. We took a longer route there dragging bags the first time in.

It's in a good location. Clean and you will feel at home. Near train station and a lot of convenient stores.
There's nothing I don't like about it because I loved it.
