We’ve stayed several years at Tops’l and overall this was a nice condo. It does have a partial blocked view of ocean due to the building next to it, the pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable, and covered in sand when we unfolded it upon arrival. The floors were extremely dirty when we arrived but other than those few complaints the room was nice. The price to rent it was cheaper than some of the others I found in the Tides building so you definitely get what you pay for.

What a wonderful condo! It had everything we needed and the beds are 10 out of 10! We were so thankful to find a place with comfortable beds. The space was perfect for our family of four. Vacasa was so helpful and let us know what amenities were available to us. Great vacation!!

Loved the condo and it really had everything we needed. The hot tub and heated pull were much further than I expected. We didn't even go because we didn't feel like waiting on a ride ( golf cart). I would have given this place 5 stars if we wouldn't have needed to hitch hike to the hot tub! Lol
