This beachfront vacation rental at the award-winning TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort is conveniently equipped with a handful of shared, on-site amenities, including tennis courts, an unbeatable location mere steps from the beach, and comfortable furnishings throughout that will make your stay a joyous one! You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. Enjoy marvelous ocean and beach views from your very own retreat, however, if you'd like to experience these views first hand, all you have to do is leave your condo and walk a very short distance until you can dig your toes in the sand. Show off your cooking skills by preparing full-course meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen–you can either dine indoors or alfresco, in the outdoor dining area. No vacation to Florida would be complete without a refreshing dip in either the shared pool or the ocean! However, if you end up too tired after spending the day at the beach or strolling around the city, you can always head to the shared hot tub and soothe your tired muscles.

This prime location will situate you moments away from the white, sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, making TOPS'L Tides 0102 a dream come true for beachgoers! Find a couple of restaurants nearby in case you'd like to treat your group to a delicious meal outside your condo. The Coffeen Nature Preserve is located one mile north and is ideal for hikers as it features four scenic hiking trails where you might catch a glimpse of alligators, white-tailed deer, raccoons, foxes, opossums, bobcats, and armadillos. Downtown Miramar Beach is a short two-and-a-half-mile-drive away for more dining and entertainment options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
