With this wonderful condo, you will also enjoy unlimited access to the Club with shared pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, fitness center, and the fabulous Club Tiki. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

Get your toes in the sand on the adjacent beach. Challenge the fairways of several fantastic golf courses throughout the area, especially those over in Destin, just 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, two miles north, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210-acres of the beautiful and fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
