The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico await your escape to this resort condo in Tops'l Summit, where you'll be within an easy walk of the sugar sands of Miramar Beach! Take in views of the water from your private balcony and through wall-to-wall windows, and enjoy a wealth of resort amenities - from swimming pools and a hot tub to tennis courts and a fitness center.

You'll be able to easily walk to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, a miniature golf course, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. Sit down for dinner or a cold drink at one of the two on-site restaurants, or head up to Grand Boulevard (less than a mile north), Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), or Destin Commons (seven miles west) to find a wide variety of dining options. You'll also be just west of the serene nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 10.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
