About this apartment rental
This lovely 2 BR- 2BA condo is located on the third floor of the Summit at Tops’l . We are just a 5-minute walk to the beach or if you prefer, you may call and request a ride on a golf cart. Whether your dream vacation includes swimming, fishing, tennis, golf, shopping and fabulous restaurants or you would rather just relax on the most beautiful beach in the world, this is the place for you.
When you do decide to come indoors, you can enjoy a comfortable living space which includes a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook.
The master bedroom has a large window as well as access to the balcony where you can sit and have your morning coffee. The second bedroom has twin beds to accommodate more guests. Both the master and guest rooms have flat screen TVS.
Sleeping arrangements include 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa.
As a guest at the Summit, you will have access to a beautiful pool and hot tub. The pool is heated in the winter. For those who enjoy grilling, there are 2-gas grills and picnic area by the pool. The TOPL property is beautifully landscaped and adjoins a densely wooded private property on the east side.
The resort has 3 on site restaurants. The Blue Dunes Grill (seasonal) overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and offers lunch & dinner. The Topspin restaurant located at the club offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the entrance to Tops'l is “The Ocean Club”, one of the area's best restaurants that also offers entertainment. There is convenient parking in front of the building as well as elevators.
The Summit is located only minutes from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Big Kahuna’s waterpark, world class fishing, golf and countless other attractions making it a great vacation choice. Additionally, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is only a short walk down the beach.

Overall, our stay was fine. The only issue we had was in the main bedroom; there were small openings around the window and patio door that led to an issue with what appeared to be carpenter ants. These were very prevalent in evenings and overnights that made restful sleep a challenge with concern that these insects would get in your bed.
