Destin FL Charter Boats puts deep-sea fishing enthusiasts right alongside triggerfish, red snapper, white snapper, gag grouper, scamp grouper, almaco jack, and red grouper, and is only four miles away.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is our second year staying at the Tops’l Beach and Raquel Club. It’s a wonderful and well maintained community. The condo was beautiful and clean. The grounds are well maintained.

The kitchen had very little in the way of cooking utensils. There was only one beat up frying pan. We do love the Summit and the gym is great.
