This renowned resort property, the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, is located on the shores of Miramar Beach, with the white sand just a short walk or free tram ride away. On the resort grounds, you'll have your pick of indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a workout facility, a sauna and steam room, two restaurants, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Should you choose to explore the area, you'll be just west of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and seven miles east of Destin Commons.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 9.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall we loved the stay at this condo. There is a great pool just steps from the building, only a few minutes to walk to the beach, and the condo was well furnished. We cooked meals each night of our 7 day stay and the kitchen was well stocked (just had to get extra kitchen towels). There are also great views of the ocean and bay. Only downside was the master bed was very firm and uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

Didn’t mind the walk to the beach but recommend bringing a wagon to hall your stuff. Pools are very nice and free putt putt and Gym was excellent

Beautiful view, great location, short walk to the beach.
All the fitted sheets were dirty upon arrival. The sofa bed is absolutely horrible, literally laying on springs, no cushion. Twin bed mattresses were pretty bad too. Definitely needs updating. Memory foam mattresses are so inexpensive now and come with warranties and a year trial period so that would be something that would be nice to get changed out. If you are needing that extra bed, I’d recommend bringing an air mattress. We unfortunately had to leave a day early because we couldn’t sleep like that.
