This unique lockout option combines a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a studio-style 1-bathroom unit, giving your group the perfect mix of togetherness and privacy. Just .2 miles from the beach with no busy roads to cross, this getaway makes it easy to relax, recharge, and enjoy the Emerald Coast.
From two private balconies, you’ll enjoy peaceful resort surroundings and peek-a-boo Gulf views—perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down after a day in the sun. Inside, the condos feature fresh updates, including new cabinetry, counters, and appliances. Between the two spaces, you’ll have plenty of sleeping options with 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. TVs are in every room, and generous closet space ensures everyone can settle in comfortably.
The main condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, while the studio adds a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. With three bathrooms—two with shower/tub combos and one featuring a walk-in shower plus a relaxing soaking tub—getting ready for beach adventures is a breeze. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience.

Was perfect for what we needed! The condo layout, a suite on one side and then a master br and add’l br on the other side was perfect for us. The unit is an end unit right off the elevator which made coming and going, groceries, etc, super easy. The building is quiet - once we were inside, we heard nothing. The balconies look out toward the gulf, over the pool and trees. The Summit is about an easy 10 minute walk down to the beach from the door of the condo (without children). If spending the day on the beach is your thing, you must rent chairs, or claim your spot/ set up by 6:30 as the beaches get pretty packed in front of the Tops’l resort, which is made up of several condo buildings and homes. The condo is well stocked for cooking. The 1 BR suite has a traditional coffee maker which we preferred over the filter packs machine, so we moved that one to the kitchen. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated and everything works great. The AC kept up with the oppressive heat outside without issue. Beds are firm but very comfortable and linens were great. Overall, we found this to be exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely, clean and well equipped condo located between beach and tennis courts. Was very disappointed to learn that what is promoted as Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort did not include access to the tennis facilities of which was the main reason we choose to stay here. The response from the rental company was that tennis courts were not listed on the VRBO site. We were able to play tennis elsewhere but at a cost of $50/pp. We were told the owner did have amenity access that we were willing to pay for but this owner did not want to add this for our convenience.
