Featuring a lanai covered patio and private heated pool, as well as a side yard ideal for play, a roomy living space equipped with comfortable furnishings throughout, a well-equipped kitchen to prepare everything from full-course meals to quick beach snacks, and a jetted tub in the master bathroom, you won't find a better beach abode than this one! Take advantage of the resort's shared, on-site amenities that include a convenient hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, a well-equipped gym, and outdoor and indoor pools (and a children's pool).

The beach is only a short walk away or you can take the courtesy tram to any point on the property, so don't hesitate to bring your sunscreen and beach towels with you! If the outdoors is your thing, visit the neighboring Coffeen Nature Preserve and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Find endless dining options in downtown Miramar Beach two and a half miles away or get lost in one of the many designer stores at Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

No guests under the age of 25 regardless of marital status and/or military status.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
