Arrival was very nice! Clean, great location, quick reply from management company. The gold cart wasn’t the best, but it got us from place to place and when we have a problem with it, the management company was quick to help.

We had a quick 3 night stay with our college aged children. Property was a good size for our family; bedrooms were comfortable; availability of the golf cart was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay and this rental home was beautiful!! It was very clean and everything was as described. The only thing I was unsatisfied with is that I was not given all of the information I would need prior to arrival. I was not given the garage code or the pool code. I had to take time to call and find out but they answered quickly and were very friendly and helpful. Also, the unit had a total of 3 bath rags and there were 6 of us but the property would actually sleep 9 so at least 9 should have been in there. I told the man that came and was letting me know the oven would actually not be installed during our stay because of an unforeseen problem and he said he would have someone bring some more but they never showed up. Other than this, everything was really nice. We normally stay at Beachside 2 but branched out this year. We enjoyed having a golf cart too! It was fun and we will be back.

This condo in general is extremely dated. It’s a ground level unit which we knew up front. The furniture is extremely worn, sunken in, and uncomfortable. It has an older 4 seater golf cart. The kitchen literally did not have salt and pepper so bring everything you can think of. This rental did not provide a lot of value. There are many other condos in this development that are updated with nice furnishings you can rent for a similar rate. Would not stay again.
