Escape to a beautifully updated villa in the exclusive Beachwalk Villas, located behind the 24/7 gated entrance of Sandestin Beach & Golf Resort on the Gulf side of HWY 98. This charming property is nearby the Sandestin Hilton, offering a seamless drive-up access with parking right outside and a convenient, step-free entry.
Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of this villa, connected to just three other units with no neighbors above or below. Recently updated by new owners, the villa features fresh paint, trim, bedding, towels, and décor, creating an inviting and serene space. The interior opens with a private front courtyard leading into a bright, modern kitchen, fully equipped with a breakfast bar, coffee station (offering both a Keurig and coffee pot), and a spacious dining area. The family room, with its large sliding glass doors, extends to a beautiful lakeside patio complete with a gas grill—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The main level also includes a wet bar, a half bath, and a queen pull-out sofa, providing ample space for friends and family.
Upstairs, two king bedrooms await, each with its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms also includes twin bunk beds for extra guests. One bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub/shower combination, both equipped with blow dryers. The villa is designed to make you feel at home, even offering four beach chairs with backpack straps, beach towels, and a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights and it truly was a great experience all the way around. Parking can be a challenge if you have more than one vehicle or if everyone is using golf carts but that was not an issue as both neighbors that shared our parking area were courteous.
We utilized the beach chairs and umbrellas and parking access to the beach was super easy and a very short drive. The walk to the pool was also super easy to do.
We also tried almost every restaurant and sandwich shop in the plaza at the entrance and it was super convenient for that as well.
Inside the townhome was wonderfully appointed. The couches and chairs were comfortable and of very good quality. It was super clean when we arrived and was very well appointed for all the things we needed. There were beach towels that we utilized and the two king beds each with their own bathroom was great for our family of four. I would not hesitate to VRBO with them again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Kimberly was an amazing host and answered any questions we had promptly. The unit was exactly as advertised and had every kitchen item we needed for our party of 6.

I was impressed the cleaniness and layout of the place. The lake behind the unit gave a peaceful vibe. Location was convenient. I would love to come back to the same unit in the future. One thing, check the 2nd bedroom's cable box It didnt not work.

The property was just as described. Felt very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. Loved the 2 king beds. Kitchen was small but well equiped. Loved the bikes! 1/2 mile to the beach went super fast on the bikes or a 15 -20 minute leisurely walk. Community pool was very nice too. Loved the location to have a condo so close to the beach but in a semi secluded neighborhood. It was perfect for us! Thank you.
