About this apartment rental
This beautiful two bedroom, two bath beach condo at The Summit at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort has everything you desire for a relaxing beach getaway. Completely renovated and professionally decorated in late summer 2018. All rooms are decorated with new furniture, crown moulding and tasteful artwork. Laminate floors and ship lap wall accents are installed throughout. All bathrooms include new vanities with quartzite tops, beautiful tiled showers, new fixtures and hardware. Our kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances and a sprawling quartzite counter top, and full-overlay kitchen cabinets. We also have a new full size, front-load washer and dryer. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a new premium luxury mattress, 55" flat-screen Samsung wall-mounted 4K Ultra smart TV and wireless Bluray player. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, with new premium luxury mattresses, and a 55" flat-screen Samsung wall-mounted 4K Ultra smart TV and wireless Bluray player. The living room has a sofa bed, and a 65" flat-screen Samsung wall-mounted 4K Ultra smart TV and wireless Bluray player. The dining area seats six and we have WiFi service throughout. Our balcony faces the ocean and provides a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico where you can frequently watch dolphins.
Our guests have access to a beautiful private heated pool and hot tub at The Summit that's only steps away from our unit or you may use the heated beach front pool and hot tub. The beach front pool area was renovated in January 2017. Gas grills are available poolside at The Summit pool. The beach is a short 200 yard walk from The Summit. We provide a collapsible beach wagon with wide tread wheels, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs with built-in coolers, a large umbrella and beach toys for use by our guests. The resort offers beach service for an additional fee if needed.
Tops'l is a peaceful, family resort with 600 feet of private beachfront located next to a nature preserve which provides 4 miles of protected beach for nice long walks.
The locally renowned Ocean Club restaurant is located at the entrance to Tops'l next to resort security. Tops'l is conveniently located to Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands shopping stores, movie theaters, the Shops at Grand Boulevard and many of Florida's best golf courses.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this neatly kept condo! We especially enjoyed that one end of the beach is near private access. This made it very quiet.

The views were amazing, the property was beautiful, the condo was spacious and lovely and has everything you need. By far our favorite place to stay

We loved our time at this resort last week. My husband and our two young girls (ages 5 & 9) stayed for 6 nights. The condo was perfect for us. Felt like we had space to exist together but not feel like we were all on top of each other every moment of the day. Loved having the kitchen to prepare some meals on site and between beach trips. Also loved having the washer/dryer so we could pack a bit lighter and do laundry mid-trip. Was super nice to be able to wash & dry towels during our stay as well! The condo is lovely and the view is gorgeous. We didn't mind the short walk to the beach - and we LOVED having the wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach toys to use! That was a major bonus! The only critiques were:1. The beds are a bit on the firm side, so if you prefer a softer bed (like me) you may not sleep as well. 2. There was only 1 dishwasher pack left on the counter for us when we arrived, so we ended up hand washing all week and just running the dishwasher once before leaving. It would have been convenient to be able to run it at least every other day so we could've spent our time out in the sunshine instead of cleaning the kitchen. 3. The TV in the master bedroom wasn't connected to the internet and though we tried to connect with the given password (that worked for the other devices) it ultimately never worked. It was fine to use the TV in the living room, but would've just been icing on the cake to be able to relax in bed in the morning and watch the news or watch a movie before bed. 4. The keypad was reprogrammed prior to our assigned 10am departure time, so while we were in the midst of packing and loading our car at 9:20am, we got locked out of the unit without keys, phones, computers, or anything/any way to contact the owner. Thankfully it was a weekday and someone was in the main office who could help us with a master key so we could get back in and get our stuff! Tom is a great communicator and was timely and responsive to our needs/questions. Would definitely book this property again if/when we return to Miramar Beach!
