Fantastic resort facilities and a beautiful Emerald Coast setting await at this two-bedroom condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Choctawhatchee Bay, and the shores of Miramar Beach.
This ninth-floor condo sits on the west side of TOPS'L Tides, where it enjoys a view of the Gulf and gorgeous sunsets each evening. On the surrounding property, you'll enjoy access to three pools (one at the Tides building, one at the beach, and one at the TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Club Fitness Center), a hot tub, saunas, the fitness center itself, tennis courts, and a putt-putt course. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
Inside, this condo is full of the soft blues and whites of the Gulf coast, offering a floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that frames a shaded balcony and the Gulf beyond. There's a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room table, and a living room with ample seating and a cable TV. Each bedroom has its own cable TV and an attached bathroom as well.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was perfect, access to beach and pool was amazing, along with amenities included with the Tides. We had a great week!

The room was great and very clean. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer and really no fault of the room or the owners of the room was that we had neighbors that smoked out on their balcony that kept us from enjoying ours. We would have called and reported it, especially since there is not supposed to be smoking on the property, but you can’t see the other balconies from your own so no way to pinpoint who it is was. I would have given 5 stars for overall rating, but didn’t for not being able to use our balcony for much of our stay because of the smoke smell.
