You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
For shopping, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just a couple miles away or you can search for that perfect beach souvenir at one of several boutiques along Emerald Coast Parkway. And when you're not up for preparing meals at home, head west to the Destin area where you'll find several beachfront restaurants within a few miles of this resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall we had a good stay. Home looked clean upon arrival. Floors seemed very sticky like they weren’t cleaned or cleaned with a dirty mop. When we stripped the beds I found a huge yellow stain on the bottom mattress protector. Cleaning staff left that and just placed another mattress protector over that one with fitted sheet and top sheet. They did not leave enough pillow cases for the pillows. But with all that I don’t think it is any fault of the home owner themselves.
The condo was set up nicely with a beautiful straight on view of the beach.
