TOPS'L Tides II

The condo was amazing! So clean and close to the beach and the view of the ocean was spectacular! The property was gated and beautifully maintained and the staff was very informative and friendly. The ocean front was very clean and was private for the condo guests which was also very nice. There were chairs and umbrellas to rent at a very reasonable rate.

The washer did not work, and the maintenance man could not repair it - and the only restaurant on the property was closed our entire stay due to "unforeseen circumstances" so the only way to get food or drinks was to either bring them to the beach and pool or go into town to eat.

The property amenities were awesome. A lot of activities and loved the fact that everything was within the complex. Pickleball, tennis, spa, basketball, putt putt golf. Pools, gym, sauna and steamroom where great extras.

Location was perfect, right on the beach with lots of extra activities that were included in the stay (gym, tennis, pickleball, pool, etc). Apartment was nice and decent size for my family of 5. TV and internet worked great as well. Lots of extra towels and everything we needed in the kitchen for basic meals. The beach is beautiful and the fact that its accessible from this property was great.

The dining table had a thick glass top that wasn't attached (it balanced on a middle piece), so every time we leaned on it or kids got up from the table, it almost fell off. Seemed very hazardous, especially for kids. The pullout sofa mattress was stained and looked pretty disgusting, but of course we put sheets over it. Cleaning crew could have done better, but it was mostly fine. Furniture was dated, but again, it was fine for the price we paid.

The experience was great and refreshing.
