The large, furnished balcony is certainly the highlight of this vacation rental, offering outdoor dining space as well as community and partial beach views. Inside, come together for movie nights in your stylish living area, complete with a TV. Dine or play board games at the adjacent table with comfortable seating, and prepare anything from quick beach snacks to full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen. When it's time to head out and have some fun, you don't have to travel far as the resort offers access to multiple pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis courts! You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
Get those toes in the sand of the adjacent beach. Challenge the fairways of several fantastic golf courses throughout the area, especially those over in Destin, 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just two miles north, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210-acres of the fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. From the moment we walked in, we absolutely loved our unit! It had everything we needed — spacious, very comfortable, and with a fantastic beach view. We especially appreciated having access to the spa, pickleball, and tennis courts. I can’t wait to come back and would happily book this unit again!

Loved it all, property overall is lovely with easy quick beach access. The pool areas were top notch. The 2nd bedroom “bunk room” was great for my college son and 3 friends. Highly recommend, will book 507 again!
