Welcome to TOPS'L Tides 1103, your beachfront place in the Florida sun! This beautifully decorated, 11th floor condo offers unbelievable views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Lounge outside on your furnished balcony where you can relax with a good book or dine in the warm Gulf breezes. Inside, this vacation rental features a gorgeous living area, a dining area with a large table and seating, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Guests will also enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities including shared pools, a fitness room, tennis courts, two restaurants, and easy beach access. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

Get your toes in the soft white sand of the adjacent beach. Challenge the fairways of several well-known golf courses in the area, especially those over in Destin, just 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, two miles north, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210 beautiful acres of the fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve.

Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
