Inside, prepare meals in your full, well-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with three counter stools. Enjoy meals together or play board games at the nearby dining table with six comfortable chairs. And wrap up your days relaxing in the warm and inviting living area with a flat screen TV and sliding door access out to the balcony. On-site, guests will have numerous resort-style amenities at their fingertips including shared pools, a hot tub, fitness room, mini-golf, tennis courts, and easy beach access. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
Get your toes in the soft white sand of the adjacent beach. Challenge the fairways of several well-known golf courses in the area, especially those over in Destin, just 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, two miles north, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210 beautiful acres of the fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This trip was for my grandson who graduated high school and will be headed to colleg e andhas never been to FL. He recommended staying at a vacation rental. I was very nervous but so happy we went with his recommendation. We feet right at home and this condo os very up to date, roomy, comfy, and wrlcoming. We cant say enough about the balcony. The pools and grounds are pristine and welcoming. You are never too old to try new things.

My family and I travel frequently to Florida. Miramar is a place we love to visit when we come to the beach. Tops’l Tides is our favorite location to stay at. The only downside is the new rule of having no tents allowed on Tops’l Tides property. So when you decide to go down to the beach you MUST either rent out their sun umbrellas ( you’re lucky enough if they are all not reserved). I suggest you bring your own chairs and sun umbrellas.

The condo was excellent. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and the surrounding area. Lots to do and enjoy.

Home is fantastic, up to date, and lots of games and puzzles for rainy day, printer available was nice. 5 stars But..
Have been staying at Tops'l for 10 years. However, this trip there was no body wash for either shower, only one bar of soap to share between two baths and kitchen sink to wash hands. One shampoo. We did request these items and were assured we would get them, but after returning home second day in a row and (office now closed) had to go to the store and purchase. Not what we expect from a resort and the fees that go with it.

(Minor but noticable, this year were many weeds around the pool deck.)
