The award-winning TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort also offers access to tennis courts, a well-equipped fitness room, multiple pools, restaurants, and a hot tub. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.

While the beach is just steps away, this area is brimming with a variety of other activities for all ages. Make a reservation to explore the nearby Coffeen Nature Preserve, located just a little over a mile away, where you can hike the sandy trails, watch for native wildlife, and visit the fascinating ruins of launch tracks, bunkers, and military housing left over from World War II. And for shopping and dining options, the Silver Sands Premium Outlets offers plenty of stores and restaurants, just a little over two miles from this complex.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
