Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was our 1st time at Tops'l and we will be back. The condo was perfect, decor was great, it was clean and had most of the essentials, but the front building, ground floor location to walk out to the pool and ocean was the best part. We had an amazing patio with tons of seating and never had to wait for an elevator which has always been a big deal in other high rise places. The grill/bar by the pool made it feel so much more like vacation and the food and drinks were all wonderful. Not cheap, but as expected for the area and quality of food. We would definitely book again.

We stayed at the Summit last year and really liked the TOPS’L resort. This year we made a point to be closer to the beach and resort pool/tiki bar & grill. The Tides condo was perfect for us and would rate that 5 Star. However, the resort pool was cloudy all week and I refused to allow my kids to swim in it. Maintenance was there Monday and confirmed my suspicions, being a pool owner myself, minimal water flow to the filter. No matter how much chlorine you dump into the pool, it won’t circulate and doesn’t do much good. In my opinion this is a health hazard. Vacasa was doing the bare minimum to keep the pool open, so guests wouldn’t complain and ask for refunds. I made a point to bring up my concerns upon checkout with a canned “I’ll make sure to bring this up to our general manager”.
