Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was wonderful! Being able to just walk down to the beach without leaving is definitely a plus with so many ways to wash off on the way back. The balcony was wonderful sitting in the rocker every morning, drinking coffee. Thank you for such a great place to stay!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at The Tides 508. The Condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay and was extremely clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the enormous balcony with Ocean View. The location is perfect as you can walk left on the beach and practically have it all to yourself or walk right and enjoy the water sports and offerings at the Hilton resort next door. The Condo is close to Grand Boulevard which has a movie theater, a Publix, and many upscale retail stores. We will definitely be booking another stay!
