With a view of Florida's Emerald Coast for as far as the eye can see, this Gulf-front condo at TOPS'L Tides places you right in the center of all that Miramar Beach has to offer. Enjoy access to multiple swimming pools on the resort grounds, as well as a hot tub, a fitness center, saunas, tennis and basketball courts, and direct access to the sparkling white-sand beach. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
Take the elevator to the 15th floor and be greeted by commanding views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico through the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows. Slide open the glass doors to take a seat on the shaded balcony, or admire the scene in the comfort of central air-conditioning inside. The Gulf-front great room brings together the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen, so you'll be treated to Gulf views no matter what you're doing. There's a large TV on one wall to screen big games and nightly movies, seating at the dining room table, and stainless steel appliances and a peninsula breakfast bar in the full kitchen. Additional amenities include a TV in each of the bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Tides. The picture of the balcony furniture needs to be updated, as the couch is not what is shown. I had a teen that was super excited about sleeping on it and was quite shocked once we got there. Lol. It wasn’t a big deal but it WAS part of the reason we chose this condo. (A semi circle couch is shown, the center portion is now missing, leaving only a love seat size couch)
The beds are comfortable, including the pull out sofa.
Location of the condo and view of the ocean were great!! This unit is located right off the elevator so you don’t have far to walk. We were fortunate to see fireworks on our last night there and we had the most perfect view!
None of our minor inconveniences would prevent us from returning to this unit.

Loved the ocean front view and loved how comfortable the condo was! Big shower, comfortable beds and plenty of amenities to make the stay easy. Loved it here. We will return again next year.

excellent layout, plenty of space. the balcony area was very big, still had a great view of the ocean even though it was not straight on. would definitely stay here again.

The mattress was so broke down it was literally like sleeping on the floor and the hot water heater only lasted about 5 mins
