On-site, the resort offers a number of amenities and activities including tennis, racquetball, an indoor-outdoor pool, fitness center, and two different restaurants. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts.
Enjoy endless adventures in Miramar Beach and its sun-kissed surrounds. Head over to the city of Destin, just 11 miles west, where you can arrange for deep sea fishing excursions, parasailing adventures, and dolphin watches. Destin is also home to some of the finest golf courses in the area, so don't forget your clubs! For kid-friendly fun, spend a day at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, just a little over ten miles away, and be sure to visit the Village at Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north, where you'll find several shops, excellent restaurants, and year-round special events.

Our family of 4 spent the week here and had a great time. Everything we needed was included - and the property had plenty of linens & towel hooks (which you can never have too many of at the beach). Love having dual pool access and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

It was our first time at Tops’l, and we will be back! We love the spacious condo with tons of storage and hanging racks for damp clothes. The balcony is huge with a great view! We loved eating breakfast every morning while looking at the waves. The access to the beach was quick and easy. When coming back from the beach, there are multiple water stations to wash off before heading to the pool. The Tides pool area was great. It was never too crowded, and we loved the menu at the bar. The pickleball courts and mini golf were also an added plus. We barely left the resort!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was beautiful, the view was great, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed the comfortable beds, outdoor patio seating, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items. We will definitely visit again!

We loved the outside patio with the ocean view. We like the kitchen area and bar stools. The living room was lovely. We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. There was so much dust piled up on the ceiling fan blades in both the living room and both bedrooms. The master bedroom also had dust balls along the edges of the floor and near the night stands. If you add a cleaning fee to the price of the rental, then management must ensure that the property is clean before guest arrival. That was a big let down and disappointment for our family.
