Beach view was unobstructed and the condo was clean when we arrived. Overall, we did have a good feeling about this unit.I would recommend a walk-off mat at the front door ( as most of the other condos have) to help remove some of the dirt from your shoes. The carpets were very dirty.

We enjoyed the location of the property and the condo location. The condo needs repairs, the furniture is old and worn, the decor could use work, furniture is twin bedroom is literally coming apart. The tub in adjoining bathroom was very slow to drain and not usable for us. The carpet was nasty and stained throughout the unit. The microwave does not work which was beyond terrible with kids. We would love to make it a go to place, but would only go back to this unit if it were repaired. I had seen similar comments and thought maybe the owners cared enough to fix it. Thank you for the opportunity to stay for our short visit. The fact you are on the beach and the amenities are a plus.
