The Coffeen Nature Preserve is located one mile north and is ideal for hikers as it features four scenic hiking trails where you might catch a glimpse of alligators, white-tailed deer, raccoons, foxes, opossums, bobcats, and armadillos. Downtown Miramar Beach is a two-and-a-half-mile-drive away for more dining and entertainment options. Find the best shopping stores and deals at the nearby Grand Boulevard, which is a little bit over one mile north or head to downtown Miramar Beach where you'll find the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two and a half miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
